MMs getting whispers? Buying has not been that strong but ASK has been thinned right down.

Anyone that thinks that a mining licence is a quick and forgone conclusion in Africa needs their head examined!

One post EISA we are still in the middle of a pandemic with no doubt a large back log in ML applications needed passed, were they even meeting at the time.....the time also coinciding with the death of their President. Takes a while to get back to normal etc etc. If you look at any MLs on the portal the least is about 8 months but many are a year and over from submission to signed off.

So anyone whinging had the wrong expectation to start with. Kabunga has hit investor confidence because rises are sold into each time and it is well documented that he was and is selling....which it is well known the cash calls needed serviced on another company and he is selling none here at a loss so no biggy for him.

When the licence drops those that got bored will rue the choice unless they have managed to sneak a few winners inbetween and come back richer.

Some companies talk fir the sake of talking and sound desperate eventually... . However it is well known that ACP gas had a seller in the form if an ex director to shore up another company he has cash calls on. If ACP soent money pumping the share only to allow Kabunga to trade into the rise then it would kill the rise with all that effort and money. The real work and positive news is lined up post ML. Offtakes, partners on build, stage 2 engineering and finance all become in play, until then they sit and wait. Do yoi buy pre or post licence is the question, I suspect decision will be taken from you very shortly in this regard.

Only problem could be that they don't like you......because every component to the ML has been accepted and fulfilled. The country needs mines to produce, sell and pay taxes.....they ain't going to not open a mine when it can be making money. EV madness is just kicking off these graphite mines will be tax money spinners.
In Africa you do not count your chickens before they have hatched, get the nod on the licence but you must wait until ink dry on paper before you tell the world about it.

I think with what he has left ML would wash him out very quickly, a lot of new money will wait for ML and swap with him, though no telling how long he would let shares run if he no longer has need to cash out to support his other venture.

Fastest way to keep rumours from the market....great, shut down the MD from gently letting market know there is progress. Until a document is signed it is NOT legal. The company has nothing and many a company has run into trouble announcing something before ink is dry and then not delivering.

I think comms have been low not to give Kabunga a SP to profit from much and saving the PR push for ML and the next steps otherwise you would just be using PIs to give Kabunga volume to sell into.

Never say never! But stock available on ASK is thinning out here unless seller bangs the life out of the BID again....

Woah you can see the future....

Kabunga keeps selling no matter the liquidity, so if people are waiting on licence and no longer buying then his sells will drag it down, the MMs are no mugs, they aren't going to keep giving him a good price.

Far better value buying that in smaller lumps surely. Or off UK market so they buy in a single transaction.

Someone still intent on gifting you cheap shares!
