Kop, Ithink he was referring to the price action seen in this share was last seen 2 years ago with it occuring regularly.
Well the sellers are gifting a buyer cheap shares, if they were not selling, this could only be pushed up. This fairly easy ride up to the top of the range has given the buyer the volume to get a good price in and not putting upward pressure on share.
Even if the buyer had to pay 6.8p, they were getting them at 6.35p during the day, so they can't complain too much!
They should have just bitten the exchange price at 6.7p before close, plenty of shares were there.
