I think the definition of SC, PFS, DFS is amalgamated into a bespoke Economic Study in Oman. Described here most recently - In parallel, we have largely completed the economic scoping study for the initial mine developments; this is based on two run-of-mine ore streams being treated at a common, centrally located copper concentration plant with an associated TSF. The study has been conceived and undertaken so that it can be converted into a detailed design with relative ease and speed to meet our development timelines of commencing production in H1 2018 PFS/DFS etc often required on greenfield sites, these were 2 operational developed mines already and they are simple in design and its a clear way forward to develop them. Should SAV expand to other sites then I would foresee those requiring a tad more due diligence as per normal procedures.

I respect the point of view and it's probably close to the truth but, Oman has hung over this company for a long time. It's had time, money and dilution put into it and many people have waited a long time to see that reason for investment come to fruition. It's also about converting exploration to production, about delivering on something, anything. If they can bring something to production and operate a mine and have income, confidence will be instilled in the deliverable of future projects. So it may not be specifically about Oman anymore, just seen as a test case. It's also important to see the value invested in Oman recovered. We are also a multi commodity company and that whilst I feel muddied the water for lithium only investors, it is a long term hedge against being a one trick pony. Copper investment is an easily understood commodity. Having negative Oman sentiment whilst trying to sell the big lithium story in Portugal is a distraction, having Oman flow with positive news balances the Portugal news and will be value giving and an asset by which SAV can borrow against etc. Think what we are both saying Oman is small compared to the bigger picture but I think it's affect on sentiment and value add is bigger than its size. Up until now it became a drag, now it could start to be a positive distraction.

I would assume referring to proactive offtake offers. No reason to now hold back on scoping study so market can get a valuation. Apart from new facets around new mining law, as long as EIA is satisfactory then no reason for PAM to delay moving forward. Though there may still be updated tax % to put in scoping, but thats just a line item, rest of the work has been done.

If it's not sells then they couldn't keep the price down, so if sells then there are some people with hefty holdings that are trading out after allllll this time? Just when Portugal gets within spitting distance of being commercial and Oman finally rolls over and squeezes out a little fart (for those following the farto meter) they, if long term investors, bail? Did many buy in large quantities on this last year of dips to trade out on the top of channel, aware of the close news flow of additional value add? Yet could have sold at Xmas with less fundamentals and news? LTH holders falling below a threshold would show, but why invest if your going to sell before the main course? MM action and strange/delayed trades is not cricket!

If those are buys then there is a significant volume of unseen dark pool sells because despite the 6.5s the buy price was being driven down. Would an investor through MMs not just do a deal to take a large chick of say possible Beaufort stock still outstanding, if it is? Off book.

Well they sure as heck not all buys, swaps? Why would you show swaps and dropped in throughout day..... Are they buys offsetting the dark pool of Beaufort mega offloading?

It hit this price on the 3rd May before a little consolidation so I don't think its leaked news as it would have had to be RNSed before now. Possibly Ministry told someone before they signed off before the did it, 2 weeks ago. Only indication of likely sign off was Alara getting done a few days ago. Most people have sold at this range because they didn't think Oman was going to happen anytime soon and thought they would take advantage of the top of the range position.

I was testing prices to sell and actually sold!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only 50k, sold 6.5150 and bought at 6.54 grrrrrr Tried to buy the exchange price of 6.5p but it wouldn't let me, went to on order so had to take 6.54....hahaha

Big one off sells not indicative of the retail small position sells. People picking up shares at 6.57 probably can't believe their luck after the final ministry approval, given the Alara share price response, albeit a bigger project.

2 x 250k sells may have something to do with it....

Still Beaufort? Using liquidity, surely this is not a RNS that was priced in, got to be kidding.

Only thing restricted at the minute appears to be CFD 'buy', only over the phone.
