Looks well dodgy to me. It will be interesting to see what management changes are effected as a result of this review. It would seem to me that management deliberately tried to cover up failings and impaired the efficacy of accounting. Hopefully, this report covers the entire scope of the issue, but having broken banking covenants and been given temporary waivers, I'd be interested to know what the implications of this are going forward.

@trenners, could well be with the tax year coming to an end. But schroder has increased their position although by small amount heading into tax year end. Sometimes there's no logic to the pricing. The MMs could be dropping the price to induce sells to fill and order? We just don't know. But u can almost feel the fundamentals and sentiment changing in comparison to the past. It may take another analyst upgrade to see ocado style share rise who knows? We could just get one on Monday 🤣 here's hoping imho

- Pablo has purchased large chunk since he took position

- Ceo has also bought outright and also covered their NI cost and with their own money to hold on to maximum amount of stock

- Head of Customer experience also covered NI cost with their own money to hold on to maximum amount of stock

- one of management who have never held has open a small position.

- we have had RBC who have downgraded capita over the years that had caused the stock to drop further have now UpGRADED capita and reiterated their price target of 20p and said the stock to OUTPERFORM the sector.

- share consolidation is suggested by institution which implies would drive institutions to the stock once consolidated.

- FCF to be achieved end of 2025 or could be earlier

Personally dividends could be 2026. I wonder if schroder would take their position to 21% 🤔
