Didn't he say, the lease figure is half of what it is stated? Because some leases at being paid on empty building which is then sublet to cover the cost of the lease. Imho

Savage was bragging on cpi board about how well vod was doing, seeing 73p on Monday. It didn't last long, drop 3.5% on Tuesday, and shaved close to 1.5% today. Suddenly no bragging post lol. 🤣 imho quiet whole day till now lol

Agree. Buybacks to stop the stock plummeting? Trade tariffs could increase inflation, increasing interest rates leading to high debt cost eventually, further dividend cut? In all honesty. Dividend should have been paused here ages ago. And stock should be trading around 50p. Only thing with buy back is, is it keeps investors interested. People are struggling and cutting back, contract renewal could drop abs bad debt increasing possibly ? Imho

My prediction of 70p get ever soo close. Is as good as my BOE cut prediction 🤣 imho
