(i) extend the contract for an additional 2 years until 31/03/2027 with a further 2 x 1 year additional extension options, and

(ii) increase the value by up to £175,000,000.

Regulation 72 (1) (c) also permits this modification due to unforeseen circumstances which a diligent authority could not have foreseen.

@Unhooked, unhook urself from this chat. U have another 999+ stock to choose from. I hope your writing the same message in all of those other stocks. Sometimes you question. Why this stock gets the special mention yet arnt bothered to share views on all other 999 + stock. Imho

Omg, ur talking about 10 years, you don't even know whether ul make it to evening or even tomorrow. Short time frame, 6 - 12 months. What we know is, schroder and lambardo still holding at their highest level of stake. What we have seen is director buys whether that's out right purchase or paying their taxes and NI to keep hold onto their stake. This hasn't happen over that past 7+ years. It's evident, management is seeing the models working and are piling in slowly. How often do u see 4 rns all in one day with capita. At some point this will flip and nothing will hold it back. Imho
