Nasdaq, has nothing to do with cpi..nasdaq has been overpriced but I think its nearing bottom imho.

Travel and events division from the webcast showed February was the month where there was a bounce beyond managemnts expectation. Now that all restriction is lifted, and oil prices dropping. We should hopefully see revenue that hasn't really been accounted for translating to increase profit imho gla

The key point I take from the results is , the company is profitable, revenue has increased and is expected to increase further this year. New contract sign up was higher and orderbook is stronger. Debt level has dropped with JL saying they will materially reduce debt which in comparison to 2020 report, they guidance stated they weren't expecting significant movement in the debt however in 2021 report it does in the forward looking statement.. the company has moved from pension deficit to pension surplus...the transformation is complete so they believe foundation is set to filter through numbers into the results...free cash flow reiterated in 2022... in the presentation it highlightss inflation is passed onto the clients...renewal rate is at 93% I believe which is good....they stated disposal will pay of debt so announcing trustmaque rns on the same day was to highlight £115m hasnt been taken into account into the report into the debt reduction. other point to make is, shorts are closing for a company valued around £360m with £3billion in revenue. JL presentation to institutional investors could create new renewed interest. Gla. Looking very closely at this at moment to reduce average

Seems like shorts are closing quickly, almost daily here, shorters looking little worried. Could be the reason the for rise today maybe imho

Wigwammer, u seem to sound desperate. The issue here is, institution I believe are selling hence the price and the debt levels is I think the highest in the sector imho .

Lols soo many day traders jumped in for quick profit to be sat at a loss like the rest of us. Now the day traders are trying to ramp to get out as they're locked in hence nearly 200 post...gla be careful what u read.

It doesn't mention if or how much of it is going to debt. So can't assume pal. Hypothetically, if they paid all of it to debt, its still high, so looks like more selling of business to shrink the company...remember customer experience division had biggest decline in revenue and they want to keep than and get rid of the portfolio division which has had the smallest decline lpl doesn't make sense imho

As I have said, and will continue to say. Whilst debt is on the balance sheet. Market I don't think will like it. Debt close to £900 m is just way too high Imho

Also revenue declined from what was reported in December from 0.6% to 0.4% ...HY1 we were advised of revenue growth with higher expectations to find it was just under 1% in December report. 2 divisions have declining revenue with 1 division doing well... yes net debt figure is figure in focus. As interest rate rises, investors n institution look for low debt. Serco results in comparison has been far better ...now that disposal target has been achieved albeit selling profitable business too, net debt remains high. Imho gla.

Also demotion to ftse 350, may not attract new institution as it may not be tracked or fall Into a strategy of intuitions. I think debt being at the same levels irrespective of everything else. With extra servicing cost and wage inflationary cost could be used to justify their results. Imho. Let's see what happens.

I think based on the report from December which just needs 1 months data to be added for December when ormicon hit. The debt levels being where they are which now becomes more of a problem now than it was before, as this time interest rates are rising hence servicing cost. Profit to be less than HY1 due to increase outlay in HY2...we've seen 2 major institution selling out their position which av said we couldn't afford to as it would make the price unstable in a unloved sector and share. With shorts still high pushing price down, I guess bulls v bears expect a mixed day with neither having much of an edge so could go either way....looking at kier share price on a good market day. Am going for 22p. +1 / -1 ...all in my opinion. I think the market wanted debt reduced as part of a turnaround story...alot of people missed the key part of December trading statement about debt hence why share had dropped even on good ftse days over the past couple of months.. also, the results are on a day where inflation data for America is out and Europe could announce their first interest rate rise. So could go anywhere really but sticking to unchanged share price IMHO gla

I think the result will be similar to kier which announced today of increase profit but revenue not much so, expecting debt level to be based on this 'Post-IFRS 16 net debt3 at 31 December 2021 is expected to be broadly in line with the £894m reported at the half year, as previously guided.' ....imho....let's see what happens ..gla
