They are wroking on replacing timbers at the top of the shaft before dewatering further as I understand it.

So they are holding the water level where it is until the work is finished later this year, again as I understand it and I'm open to factual correction.

Which is meaningless in terms of investment risk or reward.

The price is falling, follow the money, not sideshows.

I can think of many companies that had issues and did not report them over the years, some to my cost!!!

Just because something is not announced doesn't necessarily mean it's good.

This is a very specific allegation, they need to put it to bed once and for all, and by not doing so the price continues to drop. If you hold surely you're not happy about this?

Any financing required will be massively dilutive.

The issue is the share price is going through the floor and someone is making allegations of water ingress from another source. If this is not true, why won't the company deny it officially, rather than in phone calls?

An RNS is quick, easy, and cheap.

Don't be so silly, no legal action is being taken, companies always threaten but they never do.

Ask yourself why the company will not state unequivocally in an RNS that there are no issues with 7B, and there is no water ingress from another mine in the area?

It is a bit concerning. if they will make a statement on the phone to anyone that rings, why won't they state it to the market using the official channel for doing so?

RNS it and it's done, failure to do it creates doubt as to why you won;t do it?

The share price tells you all you need to know.

Always suspicious of someone who is only positive when a companu=y is losing its investors so much money, and RRR has been an awful perform in recent years.

How does anyone know if he did actiuually ring the company?

And if he did, who did he speak to ?

Did have they the authority to know the answer and make staements on the comanies behalf?

Why didn't he name the person he claims to have spoken to?

Why won't the company issue a statement refuting the allegations being popsted? Did he ask them?

Yet two people here immediately dismissed other concerns and accepted what was posted as gospel!!!

They need to RNS it then, pure and simple. Inform the market oficially, instead of relying on an anonymous BB poster spreading the word!!

Clearly whatver they state publicly has too be accurate, and the longer this goes on without a denial makes the rumours of water ingress look to true.

If they are true, they need to address them, and end the speculation, with a statement of intended action.

I am very surprised the companyhas not responded to the accusations being posted on ADVFN personally, i think it is their duty to do so because they are reaching the wider market as people discuss companies they are buyijg and selling.

There are two ways of looking at it, don't give the rumours credence by saying anything, or say something to addrss the rumours directly and they will be shot to pieces.

My opinion is by not saying anything they are possibly inferring they are true, because if they're not true, they can deny them and that will be it. If they are true and they deny them they are in hot water of course.

Given the recent fall in share price, I think they need to address this urgently now.
