I think it's management that are out of their depth here to be honest.

The fact they couldn't get the ASX listing away in a country where mining stocks are booming tells it's own story.

It's the total lack of news, (because there's little to no activity to report on), that has resulted in investors becoming bored and moving on.

This has resulted in the current SP, and I suspect it will continue to fall as they continually place new shares at lower and lower prices.

And of not, what relevance has the gold price to the current status of RRR?

There is a total failure to deliver upon objectives set by the company for many years.

Really? When did they last announce anything about that?

Come on this company is dormant, none of the porjects are moving and all are way off from any sort of revenue, and where will they find the capex?

Why not invest in active mining companies prosucing real and record revenues as the gold price reaches record highs?

AYM will still be available to buy back, if you really want to of course, afterwards when you have made money elsewhere!

Sadly it's virtually impossible tio unseat a CEO on the AIM market as there's never an institution or two that might kick start the process and it's nigh on impossible to group together suffiient retail investors to do the job.

And when there is a strong enough feeling to try, look at the tricks that can be played to prevent it, such as options conversions etc.

A large number of lowly valued juniors are struggling to raise finance.

Could it be that people have cottonned on to the fact these conpanies spend a lot of the placing money on salaries and company riunning costs, and not much in developing the project people are really investing in?

Effectively some companies just move from placing to placing diluting along the way, and no shareholder value is being created, it's been destroyed.

And then people wonder why the juniors are struggling to raise finance? Quite why anyone would invest here when producing companies are creating tons of shareholder value is a question I can't answer.

I feel it's bumping along the boring part of the Lassonde curve between development and production, and don't see a reason for the price to move higher duirng this phase.

The amount of equity dilution, for the production financing and the price, it's done at, will determine future value.

Until that's done I think this is a watch and wait story. I have afeeling the dewatering and sgaft refurbishment are not going as well as planned, let's see what' s announced in April.

THey would be sacrificing a little profit, but at the same time exchanging risk for certainty.

The big risk here is the financing, once that's done and details known, then those on the sidelines will start investing IMO, but probably not before.

It won't suddenly jump to 23p, it will climb, so there will plenty of opportunity to buy along the way.

Sadly hope is not a good investment thesis.

I personally expect some sort of agreement that will not involve much cash, but a "valuable project", which will, of course require a lot of money to develop, and a continuation of the endless placings going forward.

Just my expectation, we'll soon see.

IMO the large sells don't portend well.

They can buy vurtually all of the time...

The only time they can't is when they hold provileged information or are in a closed period.

As soon as the information is public they can buy, so there's no excuse for them not buying.

They could of course opt to recieve some of their salary in shares, but I bet they won't do that!!!

The rule is simple: if you know privileged information about a company, you can only deal in its shares when that information becomes public

As has been rightly stated here, trading is very thin with trades being retail size, some purchases are smaller than kids spend in the school tuck shop, take today's for example!
