I would be ashamed to admit I owned 6.1 million shares in this outfit, it's not the sort of thing you own up to in polite company!

I prefer real companies where the founders aren't coining it in at my expense through hundreds of millions of under-priced warrants personally. You obviously prefer it the other way, and that's fine if it works for you, I'm sure the warrant holders are grateful for your contribution to their bank accounts.

The warrants are the reason the stock price is falling, you might try and delude yourself about them but they are real, and only you seem to be of the opinion they aren't.

What does that tell you? Is everyone else wrong, or just you?

It's going down because of the warrant conversions, it's free money for those with the warrants at the expense of those buying the shares after reading a ridiculous promotional "press article" on a publication with it's office in a serviced office building where you can rent a desk for peanuts per month!

This is a scandal IMO.

Do you have any idea how long a uranium mine, for example, takes from initial exploration to a producing mine?

Well you clearly don't understand what's going on here.

Warrant holders are bailing as fast as they can to avoid getting left holding the baby. This selling won't stop until around 2,5p IMHO

If you made money on the way up during maximum pump, that was easy, everybody was on the train and thinking of which colour Ferrari they were going to buy.

Now that people can see this for what it is, unless you're short you're going to be losing a lot more money in my opinion, people can see this for what it is now. The warrants were the game, consolidating the shares but not restriking the warrants has made the beneficiaries of those warrants rich at the expense of the guys piling in on wholly inaccurate promotional pump pieces disseminated to keep the pump running.

I'm astonished the FCA have once again failed to act on this personally.

If FASO was close they would be highlighting it because they need some good news!

Well AB has spelt it put, EGM coming to allow more confetti to be issued, then a placing which will be dilutive, in order to save the company from imminent administration.

That's all their is to it, anyone mad enough (IMO) to be holding has a choice, hold or fold.

Whilst I admire your honesty, I am totally mystified in what you saw in VRS in the first place?

They have failed to meet stated objectives for a great many years, and the constant need to dilute to pay costs and wages erodes everyone's 'investment'.

And what did you see in the charts that you constue as positive enough to invest out of interest? I see a chart that's lost over 99% from the high, so call me a cynic but I see that as negative.

Helpful is trying to cover up the fact that the company issued shares and further diluted shareholders. He can call it what he likes but at the ned of the day shareholders were further diluted.

Yes they can, but they require shareholder approval to do that, and they would need to call an EGM, and that requires at least 21 days notice. Looking at the date today and the date they are likely to run out of money, I would say they need to announce it PDQ if they're going to do it.

Quite often share prices fall post consolidation, so that's a reason why they may not want to do it. I Suspect they will pump the price and do another 'discounted' placing, they seem good at doing that.

This just reeks of desperation to get the price up to place at 0.01, which is the least they can place at.

If they can't get the price up they won't be able to offer a "discount" and I sincerely doubt they can get even that small a placing away, there can't be that many mug punters left to flog them to surely?
