Misty: I believe that serious harm to a person’s reputation is needed to be done to you for it to be libelous. An anonymous poster calling another anonymous poster “libelous” is highly unlikely to reach that threshold.

I read it as we will get the results in December. Which isn’t exactly news, given that November is over and they have a statutory requirement to issued when within 6 months of period end.

I doubt anyone is trading on seeing the results. But maybe someone knows / assumes a large contract has been signed?

Either way, I’m looking forward to the results.

Misty: Suspect any more will move it. I can sell £10k worth inside the spread, but only buy £1,500.

And on the results, my guess would be that they’re waiting on a deal to be done.

Yes the website says November, and not great to miss these things. But not like they gave an exact date.

The deadline will be 6 months after period end then. So next Friday (28th) I assume.

Yrabs: I think most holders have given up on this BB. It’s not a discussion board really.

I was shocked by how long it took the BB to realise why there was a share price slump last week. Made me realise the value of this BB.

Yrabs: come on, you’ve been round long enough to know they’re not buys and sells. It’s just which side of mid the trade was executed at. All are a buy and a sell by definition.

I’ve bought plenty that have shown as sells here. Not least with the crazy spreads we’ve had this past few months.

Gibbo: that’s my understanding too. Cash will take time as these things do. But revenue will be recognised from day 1. Not that we’ll see (as you said) but I’d be surprised if you’re instantly running at full rates. They only ever stayed the revenue as “in the first 12 months”, so I’m not really bothered how that is. But with all flights it won’t be even every month.

I’m expecting Tema soon, DRC by end of year and a general growth in passenger numbers.

I agree that the market needs to see the hard numbers….but I’ve waited a dozen years. What’s a few more months…..which are much easier months now they’re profitable.

Plus he chose to mention DRC, when he could easily not.

Yarbs: hopes you’re well. “”Gabon has made practically no dent in the shocking SP”. Last week were up 100% from the 4th March (when Gabon was RNSd), now up 150%. Is that so bad?

I think that’s ok for a contract that many thought would never happen. For me there is an understandable discount due to history, but the combination of increased trust in management and a profitable company should magnify the impacts of future contract news (i’d argue that happened this week)

Yrabs: I only listened once, but it felt pretty fawning by Zak. Not sure what his aim was, but it felt super soft ball. No point in him beating there asking questions. PF could have just put out a statement.

FWIW (which is nothing) to me PF sounds different currently. Not so much hoping and hinting, more confident. I was right about him being honest on Gabon so hope I’m right again.

HB: I noticed that too. He says 15.5m. I assume he misspoke. The RNS will be the correct one.

Yrabs: can’t have it both ways. Can’t say the market doesn’t like it and you’re the only one who can hear the warnings. By definition the majority are feeling cautious….if that’s what the share price is indicating.

Another way to look at it is that the market had priced in the Gabon contract back when it was announced. So only a small jump on confirmation.

If Dr M is right that WSG is now about £1m profitable then currently it’s on a PE of 10. Which is low for a growth business, but the profit isn’t proven yet and the history and geography obviously requires a discount.

So I’d say the market isn’t all that upset with Gabon. Market cap was £4m back in Feb. Post the capital raise of £1m and the Gabon news it’s subsequently up £6m.

So if the numbers show through then the multiple can grow. And if Tema comes on board then that’s further diversification and multiple grows more

Misty: is see most of the missed “promises” as contracts that never materialised. This seems fairly cut and dried. They know the $ per passenger. They know the number of departing passengers historically. They came up with $5.5m.

Since the contract is in place, and no update on the expected revenue, I feel that it’s reasonable to assume the $5.5m stands.

The $10m from DRC can’t be priced in as no one seems to know when / if that one starts.

And the Tema and Malawi numbers are only based on investor comments. But Gabon is different for me.

Anyway, we wait and see. I guess when the H1 figures are announced they may give an update on how Gabon is going. Or even when / if Tema is announced.

I’d be lying if I wasn’t a little disappointed in the share price. But I can wait.

Yrabs: what do you need from wsg? As far as I know, Gabon is revenue generating at a rate of around $5.5m for the first 12 months. (I assume that’s a low estimate given the increased flights announced)

Would you think Gabon was amazing if the share price was now 5p? That wouldn’t change the fact that there is a new MSC and it is generating revenue.

I get the scepticism about Tema (which I’m confident will be announced soon) and DRC (I haven’t a clue there!) and Malawi (I’m confidently for an H2 RNS). But Gabon is a revenue generating contact. I’m confused how you don’t see that.
