That's the thing to do be doing now, sell and buy back sub 100p when the fundraising is announced or not if suspension due to financial woes, just my opinion.

'twas a great chance to sell my shares today before any dilution takes place, a gift from the mm's or so I thought. But they didn't want them. Fake rise just to suck in a few more poor souls. Should be regulated, oh hang on.....

Trouble is, many if us have been guilty of putting lipstick on a pig for too long. Many still are because they're balls deep and hostage to the situation. But if you're honest you have to agree this is at best a financial gamble. I mean, what else is there to go on? Pretty much anything could happen and with Zorbas as the pilot you're best off knowing where the exits are.

Won't rise again until finance sorted and even then it will languish around the placing price for months. And if they dont get a placing away soon it will be suspended due to insolvency. Only $78k left as of September. Anyone buying now is a just sticking their money on black and hoping for Zorbas, of all people, to do good by his shareholders. I'm hoping for a small bounce so I can dump mine. Utter disaster with worse to come imho.

They have made a statement, the half year report.

It said -

- hardly any money left
- fund raising required
- no license for at least 12 months

In other words, not good. Which is why the share price is tanking.

Of course he could say "there, there diggit, it'll all be ok", but would you believe him?

As for finance. Can't see any option other than death spiral debt for equity or repeated mega placings to bucket shops and mm's.

Nickel also rising from lows. This has an mcap of £1.25m and potentially one of the biggest nickel mines in the world. This will come down to patience. A lot has been needed so far, a hell of a lot, but in a few months time rewards will be earned. 2020/2021 will be URU's time to shine. Aimho, dyor, etc...

Could see some big rises from here as we head into Q1 and scoping/funding secured. Still maintain it will make its way back over 1000p prior to the license being issued. That'll be the zone the mm's want to be in prior to company changing news.

I suspect the scoping phase will coincide with funding. Two major hurdles, the rest is easy. Scoping is the nimby's and environutters, always the worst and most unpredictable part of any mining/planning application. However they seem very confident. So even though they say 12 months to be rubber stamped, once the scoping phase is done and funding is secured it's pretty much in the bag. Markets always look forward, so I'll be adding if the market makers and impatient punters want to play silly buggers.

Looks like the market makers software picked out the phrase "will need to raise further capital in the future." which is hardly a surprise to any of us and the 12 months to completion of the mining license. Hence the drop on no trades other than a buy. Many price triggers along the way, starting with the scoping phase as soon as Q1 2020.

nickel rising from lows. nickel/uru chart correlate. lows in here now so no cheaper for amtech/jono. big rises in the new year as we move closer to the 30 year mining license, china trade deal, electric, new nickel highs and uru highs to follow. boom.
