The DMR will now process the application(future tense!!), and the Company looks forward to receiving the mining right in due course subject to the satisfactory completion of all regulatory requirements by the Company.



LPU is now required to(future tense!!):

- Embark on a public consultation process;(future tense!!)

- Consult with the Department of Land Affairs for any state-owned land and check for land claims and land restitution claims;

- Submit, by no later than 4 October:

o Signed shareholder agreements

o Share certificates and shareholder registers;

o Articles and memorandum of association of the company;

o Provide detail in relation to the theoretical full funding of the mine; and

o Any other agreement or document relating to the agreement;

- and commence with environmental studies in order to obtain the requisite environmental authorisations that accompanies the Mining Right.

In the meantime we have funding news to come plus some other goodies.

If 120 days(not sure where that came from either??) then latest is January 2020, working from from October 4th. Setting us up for a repeat of January 2017 and a meteoric rise to the floor of £45! That's the latest, so anytime between now and then. I wouldn't want to be out when the touchpaper is lit!

Nonsense. Whether its been granted or rejected we'd have to be told. If it's 120 days, then news on that won't be due for a while as the application was only made in August.
