Rubbish. If they have price sensitive information they have to update the market via an RNS, not you personally ffs. Obviously any kind of funding would be price sensitive, especially of they've had it for months!! And we've had a half yearly report since then too, showing a measly $78k in the kitty as of September. Which means they haven't only not informed the market, but lied about it too. Just accept there is no funding. Desperate holders will convince themselves of any old tosh to make themselves feel better about this.

And no AGM? Probably still trying to raise funds for approval. Fact it's taking so long, again, says it all.

Who says they're through the financial stage? And whether they raise through pi's or not, it's still dilution. You're very optimistic wia, giving so much benefit of the doubt. But the glaring thing you've raised with your optimism is, if they have got some finance or a sale pending, all of which is wishful thinking, then they haven't told you have they, a shareholder, which says a lot about this mob and is withholding price sensitive news, which is a nomad resignable offence and suspension. Just saying.

Of course, but that's at least 12 months away, probably a lot more knowing this lot. And in the meantime there's the pressing financial situation that needs sorting which will probably mean huge dilution. Loads of jam tomorrow shares on AIM that never deliver.

A more relevant question currently is - is it worth a lot less than it is now considering it has no money and no mining license? Not to mention Zorbas and all the other cr*p.

URU had only $78k on 30th September. In mining terms that's like Liverpool's transfer budget being 78p.

Just $19.5k per month would mean it's now trading on fumes. Either it's perilously close to insolvency, or the square root of f-all has been happening to have somehow eked that out(you know, like the last few years and no doubt the next few too). Now punters face the prospect of huge dilution or damaging equity loans/finance, just to keep the lights on(and the Zorb in Bermuda shorts). Then another 12 months of this before news of any note(assuming they stick to their latest finger in the wind time scale. I mean why not, they've never let us down before).

What a great investment.
