Seriously though, that's it for now. Anyone holding after tomorrow may as well switch off for at least a year or two. It'll just languish in a new trading range well below 100p. These types of finance deals just eat away at the sp and never allow it to get going again. Anyone with dreams of recouping their losses has no chance. Sad but somewhat inevitable. How Zorbas can keep getting away with it is quite incredible. Hard luck chaps.

Sub 100p tomorrow sadly, imho. Indeed it was the pre fundraising pump after all, a classic on AIM. And snuck in after the bell too by sneaky Zorbas. Tut.

In fact total volume was 6430, of which 3498 were a rollover, 967 were buys and 1965 were sells.

3498 of which is a rollover(2x 1749). In fact over 165 offer there's been sod all buys, around £500 worth.

But hey, why let facts get in the way.....

Unfortunately I think this is just another searching exercise by the mm's to create a market. As soon as people start profit taking they'll lock out the sellers and drop it fast. We've been here many times before, except this time we know Zorbas needs to find £250k and some working capital soon!

How anyone thinks Zorbas raising money on AIM will be good for pi's needs their head examined.

No offence, but this idea that Zorbas has secured funding 'in secret' is the stuff of unicorns and the FCA. Only on here would people be so desperate to think Zorbas could a) secure such funding and b) do it without having to follow any of the rules other AIM companies have to. That is hugely price sensitive news and to not RNS it would be at least a suspension/nomad resignation offense. I hope for your sake he hasn't secured funding like that, or else this is toast! Aimho, dyor, etc...

Well good luck to you Jimmy. I usually expect a wall of abuse when I post anything other than positive here, but you seem to be just another poor soul caught up in this share with no axe to grind.

Like you, many will have been averaging down for 'the day' this eventually comes good. But it's going to take news and clarity on so many levels for it to ever get back to where people need it to be to break even. Whether that will ever come after years of disappointment is just a guess on everyone's part. Nobody knows, probably not even Zorbas. In the meantime it's groundhog day all over again.

It certainly is a monster Jimmy. A monster that's offered potential for years and years but only delivered pain and suffering for everyone on here. I think Zorbas and his mates have done alright out of it though, so that's nice.

As for the price, I'm curious. If a die hard Zorbinista like you has to convince yourself to buy at 185p, how do you expect any newbies to see value..... with the company short of cash and an awful track record?

...and one more thing, all those 'dummy sells' diggit has been doing, well he'll be hitting 'sell' soon, as sure as eggs are eggs, a leopard doesn't change his spots. And once he sells you'll be left watching the price drift down again while he pretends to be your friend. Aimho of course, as ever....

Very low volume and some hefty buys around 100p that must be thinking about banking a 60% profit in just a few days. Watch the mm's dump it as soon as the selling starts. As ofd says, same old, same old, been here got the t-shirt etc. URU will need that £250k soon so hope this isn't just the pre-placing pump often seen on AIM. Aimho, dyor, etc....

....... oh and I almost forgot, there's a virus doing the rounds with a global recession on the way and a level of uncertainty across all markets that has only been the stuff of Hollywood and nightmares until now. So there's that too. Hardly the atmosphere for favorable finance deals to a tin pot lifestyle AIM 'company' like this! Unless of course Zorbas can get his mates involved which will benefit only, er, him and his mates as usual. Cash is king at the moment and URU doesn't have any.

Anyway, each to their own I suppose.

It's going down because there's an oversupply of shares and no reasonable scenario for the future of the company's finances is positive. The mm's have probably been tipped off that there's a massive fundraiser coming so their shorts are covered. If they haven't been tipped off(ahem) then they'll just be making the assumption like any sane person. How else is it going to survive, fairy godmother? If not a placing then a dodgy debt for equity loan or some other price destroying mechanism will be necessary. The idea that Zorbas has secretly secured funding is as daft as it sounds. Any price sensitive news needs to be RNS'd and would have leaked anyway. So even if there is funding then expect suspension pending an investigation for withholding price sensitive news. Get a grip ffs! It's just a jam tomorrow AIM shell with no money and a playboy CEO taking the p*ss out of shareholders with his years of carrot dangling and f all else, except beach holidays. But I suppose if you're still a holder then you have to keep telling yourself "one day Rodders" because what else have you got??

We never seem to get a break, every bit of news is offset with some bad news, it almost seems deliberate. The license was meant to be encouraging, but no..... delays and more cash needed.... just the same old, same old, same old.......
