So all that's happened is the Postman delivered the application and the DMR said yes we'll sign for it in your head? Yet Zorbas thinks the above? Sounds like it may be a little more advanced than you think. The application has been approved in principal, just need to tick a few boxes to have it rubber stamped. Aimho, dyor, etc...

Ha ha, you a politician? Talk about twisting words. By 'accepting' they clearly mean the license has been 'approved', on condition some formalities are taken care of by 4th October. Your take suggests they would turn away someone trying to hand over an application in the first place. "No postman, be gone and take that envelope with you, we won't accept it'" ha ha. Bit harsh.

We can all recognise someone who sold and wants back in cheaper, but that's a bit desperate. Maybe you can get some in the morning if the mm's will let you?

Where have the mm's got 6500 shares from to sell in the last 9 days, just under 1%? Are Captor finally exiting and this is the agreed price for the shares to go through the market? Or are the mm's naked shorting it again and so we're due a massive hike once they need to cover?
