But based on news, today's results, Shard's note, the placing, etc, etc, it should be significantly higher than this!

Agree upomega. Email them, they do reply eventually but not sure what they'll say other than that's the purpose of the roadshow. But I'd have still expected someone to have cottoned on by now. It's the complete lack of trades in spite of a PR company and the Shard note that is bizarre. Seems people are either totally disinterested or it's going to the wrong inboxes.

It's all about the money. Good science news yes, but it hasn't brought any financial gain to BSFA yet, only some small orders for the serum. And that's the problem. As time presses on they're going to need more funds from somewhere, especially with expensive trips to the US, a US PR agency and the US listing, all are not cheap. And what's it brought us so far? Need news on a big order or benefactor to bankroll things until it's mainstream. Until then people will trade the swings and ramp/deramp it on twitter dependent on their current position.

Lots of shenanigans going on here. When I first bought in it seemed to be uncontaminated by rampers, derampers, trolls etc and was a genuine little blue sky company. But over the months it's attracted all sorts of players and that's what its all about now. That'll only change once they put out some solid unambiguous news that gets proper investment.

I think folk are getting wise to that. He buys and posts about it in a flurry of twitter excitement and then goes quiet, probably as he sells.

I can't see investors at this show buying on the OTC, most likely be part of another placing or funding package where they can buy a decent percentage. OTC is for retail punters really. Must say I find it weird that not a single trade on there yet but I guess they've still not heard of BSFA. Would like to know what Skyline are doing? Couldn't they just buy a few to get the ball rolling and justify their fee. Bit concerned that it's Wednesday and the share price is going in the wrong direction again. Not sure what's next for BSFA as any major funding won't happen this week, so what happens to the share price if no news? Update on orders would help if there's any change there.

No idea, probably chatting to their PR company first to talk tactics, then pre-arranged meetings with various companies and investors and then the Food Tech thing. AOB Friday before loading the suitcase with cheap clothes and home to compile the RNS saying they've got funding from Leonardo De Cabriolet and Bill Gates and orders coming out their ears. Sit back and watch the share price steam towards 50p.

I looked at a company that had gone up 171% on the OTC last week, it had 3 trades. US retail punters can already buy and may well have. The PR show is to get actual investment, not 10% traders like those on here and twitter. They will follow the big boys who will be coming along in the next few weeks.

Shard Capitals £50m fair value is not unrealistic. It's just in a distribution phase at the moment as punters get scared out of their shares by listening to headless chickens on bulletin boards. Won't be long before the larger trades swoop in and buy it back up.

I think US retail punters will have been buying, you can buy foreign shares these days on regular accounts, so don't need to buy through the OTC necessarily. I think the US trip will be to promote it to the big boys, who will be making those strategic investments that Geoff Baker was talking about in the Sunday Roast interview. News of a large US or Asian investor coming on board would be very good news! This trip might just make that happen and the PR company has to urn it's corn.

As for the OTC, it's quite interesting watching the bid and offer here https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BSFAF/quote. The bid volume has consistently been much higher than the offer, currently 50k versus 15k, suggesting there is a shortage of shares on offer and gives a behind the curtain view of the market makers actual positions, of which some are clearly short. Therefore any buying activity will see it bounce hard imho.

Agree 100%. Anyone can see how a single 50k trade moves the price, so imagine what will happen when US investors get to know about it. They're buying from the same small pot of shares in free float, around 20% or just 20m shares! Very much under the radar at the moment but this event is bound to catch their attention and send the share price up towards Shard Capital's fair value of 50 to 70 pps!
