That's been surpassed now SnakesandBadgers. Again, go listen to the Sunday Roast interview where it was quite clear no placing this year and funding from sales. What sales? Just been over to ADVFN and some ramper (who's got all his predictions wrong) saying showcase event by end of month. That's how desperate it's become! Glad I got 90% of my funds out.

Been here before with these "absolute bankers". Really thought this was a quality prospect but it's just turning out like the rest. As they say, if it looks too good to be true then it probably is. I wanted to think positive and have waited and waited for any of this news to materialise but it hasn't and frankly, who's to say it will? You obviously have unlimited patience, so good for you. But you can't expect everyone else to be the same and it may not simply be about patience anymore. It looks to me like there's some sort of problem and I don't want to get caught with another poor RNS. Do we know for sure the FSA will grant a license for experimental meat if that's the delay? It's true it could go up 50% on good news, but it could also tank on bad news and the selling and share price fall suggests that could be the case. No offence, but maybe you should take off your rose tinted spectacles and look at it more objectively. It doesn't owe you anything and won't do what you want just because you want it to. As you have said in it's defence, tech/science start ups are prone to problems and just because you use that to explain away the delay in a positive way, doesn't mean it won't also bite you in some other way. Every timescale missed, misleading statements about a placing, misleading statements about timings, delay with original fillet, delay with the showcase event, delay with the OTC listing, bad press re- lab grown meat, Italy banning it, etc, etc but no good news! You've got to trust a company to stay invested and that comes from their actions. Anyway, you make your own choice and you may be rewarded. But for me it's gone from being an "absolute banker" to being a risky punt after it's had a good run. And you're right, another week with no sign of news and a plummeting share price did it for me finally, the last straw and the same for all the other sellers by the looks of it. That said, I still hold a few just in case. Hope it lands on black for you.

For clarity, this bit was in the Sunday Roast interview, not in the RNS. The RNS in fact said funding was available until June 2024 -

"The financial position of the Group, its cash flows and liquidity position are set out in these financial statements. As at 30 September 2022, the Group had cash and cash equivalents of GBP1,061,529. As at the date of this report, the Group had approximately GBP686,000 of cash and cash equivalents.

The Group has prepared monthly cash flow forecasts based on reasonable estimates of key variables including operating costs and capital expenditure through to June 2024 that supports the conclusion of the Directors that they expect sufficient funding to be available to meet the Group's anticipated cash flow requirements to this date."

You just don't get it do you. Who's to say it'll be a few more weeks? Who's to say it'll happen at all or whether there'll be another problem. If the company had stuck to a single promise or timescale then maybe I'd trust them, but they haven't and they clearly talked it up to get a placing away and we all fell for it. Should also add results RNS said funded until July 2023 and working capital would come from sales, as well as no dilutive placing until next year. that's pretty clear. Yet, days later we had a placing. Apart from that piece of pork they revealed 4 weeks late in February, there has been no tangible good news at all. Aimho.

Is this you hiblue? This twitter post was almost 5 weeks ago, so you have to admit you were also expecting soemthing by now. As for the fundraise, go listen to the Sunday Roast interview where they clearly said no dilutive placing until next year, only strategic funding from strategic partners. Placing next year. What changed? No doubt broker whispering in their ear to take advantage of the sentiment and goodwill at the time before it all went downhill. Aimho.

Big few weeks coming up.

- Full scale fillet

- US listing update

- Leather update

- City-mix commercial contracts

- Human corneas

And now fully funded so no drag on sp once placing shares churned.

Will be in the 20's very soon.

Problem is, we've already been waiting a matter of weeks and patience isn't eternal.

The CEO was saying news "soon" and "imminent" back in March when they were preselling the placing they told us wasn't happening, which in itself is enough to lose faith. You don't know when news is coming, or if it's coming and what it will be. You could still be saying "patience needed" in a few more months when the sp is even lower and all we've had is more delays.

BSFA have destroyed the goodwill and positive sentiment people had for the company as it becomes clear all this news was overpromised and not delivered.

People are just sick of it now and worried that it could indicate more problems.

It's fair to talk about how you feel. If I ordered something and was told delivery would be "imminent", I'd expect to have received it 2 months later or I may 'feel' like I've been ripped off.

You have to be mad or on the payroll to keep letting companies walk all over you with bs and spin.

ALL news is now well overdue and there's no sign of it or any volume and it could well be delayed even further as no information on why it's delayed has ever been given. I call a spade a spade and it's clear to me that we've been left holding the baby, now the placing is done.

And you can't just keep telling people to be patient. There's a limit, especially when we've so obviously gone well beyond the point we were led to believe we would have had all thi glorious news, with the only actual news having been a placing and a delay!

Slight delay? I mean wtf. We've been led up the garden path to flog a placing by the looks of it with a band of cheerleaders doing the company's bidding. Still no news. It just goes on and on, mid May now.

Just thought we'd have got news on the OTC listing today at least, it's been 2 months ffs.

Have to agree its getting ridiculous now, into the second week of May and still nothing. I'm starting to feel like I've been played.
