RE: Myles M on twitter10 Sep 2023 15:48
The only difference between a long term holder and trader is the time it takes to make the % profit you want, or % loss that is too hard too take. This bloke on twitter will be no different and although he markets himself as an investor, I have no doubt that if he can hit his target in a day then he'll take it. The way he's been nudging it for ages suggests to me he's keen to get his money out, otherwise he'd just let the share do the talking.
Anyway, what he says in that post is nothing new. But what I find most interesting, especially after the cosy showcase get together for select twitter shareholders, is that BSFA seem to be doing private tours now, which is not right imho. Everyone knows it's not a level playing field, but to boast about it is misguided. Why does he get a private tour and get to ask questions first hand outside of an AGM or publication? I don't remember seeing his notifiable holding RNS. If the company wants to be taken seriously then they need to court all shareholders, not just the ones with a large following on twitter. This approach is the main thing that is putting me off this share.
