Einvestein, I don't think you can be right?
Unless this is an option I've never heard of surely the whole point is that it has an exercise price which is already stated? They know how much it will cost them to buy already, hence they can choose to exercise or not depending on the market price. Obviously if the market price is higher than the exercise price they should exercise the option as it's in the money. Not sure why you think that the number of shares will change...
Are we talking about different things? Are you talking about MNG raising funds? I was talking about IFCs option which someone else had mentioned...
