Do you know the answer to my initial question Bolgas?
Haha, I mean that much is obvious. Really my questions is about the speed that it falls...
People often make comments on the spread widening and narrowing. Can anyone shed some light on what this actually indicates? Thanks
now less than 2 months away from your 50p prediction...
Why is a consolidation a problem? Won't your consolidated shares be worth exactly what they are worth pre-consolidation? You don't lose anything, do you?
It illustrates to me a commitment to remaining listed. It also says to me that they are using this company as a focus.
You need to read this: https://www.transportenvironment.org/publications/electric-vehicle-life-cycle-analysis-and-raw-material-availability Tells a different story
tried to speak to anyone from Polo? I tried to call them earlier and was obviously told that they couldn't comment. I've also emailed them expressing that an update might be nice. I'd encourage others to email...
You believe it's a fundamentally good company. It has long term recurring revenue and it's growing. What's not to like
Well if you're here long term its sometimes a bit of a treat. Every time I accumulate some more money the SP has fallen back and I can top up. People just get bored and move on. I can build a position whilst seeing how high it rises on news. All gives me more confidence that it will rise long term. Of all the companies I'm invested in (I'm a very high risk AIM only investor) this one is in the strongest, least risky position.
If it de-lists do we get offered a buyout. If we do do we just get offered whatever they want, or is it independently valued?
Can I ask what trading account you use? For the small fry amounts I'm investing the trading fee kills it if I trade that much.
Do we know how many of the other nomad-less companies have now found a nomad? Surely there are legal consequences if a company intentionally screws you over by delisting?
I'm going to trickle a little more in too but I'm playing the dangerous game of trying to spot the turn
Do we know if they paid the going rate? less, or more? I would have expected they paid less than the going rate but maybe I'm being an optimist. They do own both companies so I can't see the benefit of ripping Avesoro off...
what would 20p put the valuation at? It's surely not even remotely possible. This isn't a tech company, we know what's in the ground and it isn't that much...
There must be a way that we can set this up. Laurence, are you familiar with Munters? You guys need to have a duel
I read all that, but what does it actually mean in the real world. What does listing on AIM being cancelled actually mean? Does it mean the shares are then merely in a privately held company? As far as a company is concerned they then have to do bugger all reporting and know you have no way of selling. Surely that's the ideal scenario, apart from the difficulty with future fund raises that is...
And what comes with that?
Can someone say what happens if a nominated advisor is not found?
