POB , I didn’t cut the link short on purpose, I was just incredulous at what I had just heard. I agree, they talk of providing ‘asymptomatic test kits’ (whatever that might mean) but it hardly sounds as though they are going to give it the same emphasis as the ‘get jabbed’ message.

I didn’t mean the testing would cease, I’m just talking about what the Tories see as their major achievements - ie the genomic sequencing of variants and the jab programme.

So they may as well stick with Innova. What a pile of ****e.

POB i posted the link. It’s only 2 minutes. Listen to what he said. Children (under 18s) that are contacts of positive cases will be advised to get a PCR test but not required to self isolate. Same applies to over 18s but with the added option of offering them a jab.

Gavin Williamson now on talking about ending bubbles and staggered class times for kids. Testing to be conducted via test and trace. Anyone pinged as a result of close contact with an infected person won’t be required to self isolate but will be advised to get a PCR test!!!
