What if the exceptionally accurate lateral flow test produced by Avacta was ironically too accurate? What if the whole agenda was to ramp up fear and convince us that this disease with its median infection mortality rate of 0.27% was deadly enough to justify lockdown and huge levels of health expenditure? That would have required vast amounts of positive tests from both LFTs and PCR. Perhaps Innova recognised this agenda whereas none of the rest of us (including AS) did? What if faulty LFTs were useful because they were too unreliable to be considered for green light testing? What if the only goal was to get us all jabbed?

Matches the current mantra that LFTs are robust, reliable and (who would have thought it?) suddenly more accurate than previously thought. Given this MP’s insistence on the Porton Down process, I wouldn’t be surprised to see that massive Bidstats LFT contract go to Innova, Wales.
