The market is not a direct trigger or correlation as to whether the company are succeeding. Yes an increase in MCAP valuation would be nice. Is it nice to continue to see these dilutions at lower levels? NOPE. Seen it at ECR, GCAT, CORA and the list goes on because I know you've had your fill with that lot too. Are All of them deadwood, bad investments because the market is 80/90% down from its highs in the last 24 months?

You have this agenda with this company which you just can't let go, even after you said you would recently, or at least not post. If you come on here and try to reason or balance out your anger towards this company then maybe, but you don't. It's just dig after dig. I had these issues elsewhere, sold my investment and left them alone. Me returning to those boards gloating, sticking the knife in or offering nothing but a downbeat opinion time and time again, doesn't help them and it certainly doesn't help me

Share price has gone down - Back to my first paragraph. It's not the first company I've seen decline on SP with good news, or what I perceive about good news. From a PI's point of view, sentiment on this board, "twitter sentiment", I couldn't care less right now. What I care is about the company being in communication with the right parties to advance this project. CET/Emirates Global Aluminium, I'd say this is what I'm interested in. contracted and Binding? Not yet but we have a foot in the door and I'm confident in talks becoming more concrete

I think once the feasibility study results are published and Oracle energy secure financing and a JV to begin construction, we'll see further interest in this project, from institutional investment and PI's

But most of all, can I see the vision show cased by the board for GH, to not only complete the Development aspect of the project, but to get it over the finish line and become a producer of Green Hydrogen, YES YES and YES. And that's why I'm here. Initially for Gold, nothing about THAR has progressed since I've been in invested but now GH takes centre stage and I'm more than confident in it adding significant value to ORCP shareholders, and I'm sure this is shared by many posters on here. I've seen promises with GH, swiftly followed up by actions and the company securing what they need, to move on to the next step

I do wish you the best of luck LW with all of your investments, whatever they'll be. I know your more on the cautious side when pulling the trigger, and that's an attribute I need to work on myself sometimes instead of diving straight in. But ORCP, I can't see you ever coming around to, and if/when we secure a strong JV, I think you'd still have something to pick at

I'd be very surprised, yet ecstatic if the other JV partner fronts $1.5-$2B and takes only 50% or less. You'd imagine 70-80%minimum. That being said GingerHippo I have no direct evidence to prove your figure will be wrong, just an educated estimate so fingers crossed

For Naheed to have essential goals of securing a JV, suggests to me long term, Oracle Energy, and indirectly, Oracle Power will both benefit from this agreement quite favourably. I can't see a JV agreement being scripted where CET, or any other potential partner takes 95-98%, and leaves Oracle Energy with just 2-5%. If that was the case, you'd outright just purchase the entire rights to the project. It may still be purchased outright and we go onto our next development, but movements from the company and the recent MoU suggest we're in this for the long term

Tygra - You'd like to say it's about "Picking your buys", and at the right time, but as it stands, Anybody who is invested into ORCP will be sitting at a loss, or marginally breaking even. I do appreciate a balanced response and differing arguments to your own as it may help you understand your own investment better. PI's must be following this and be **** scared to invest as the SP continues to dive. I just like the vision on show here, and it's an ACTIONS speak louder than WORDS world we're invested in. In terms of GH, i like the Actions being taken so far and crossing all fingers and toes, that value will begin show sooner, rather than years down the line after further dilution

Nobody is saying they invented the technology or have any exclusive rights as there are multiple green hydrogen projects, i really don;t see your point here LW apart from another dig and a later "I told you so". Your argument kind of reads like Oracle think they're the pioneers of Green Hydrogen. They're not, they're developing a project.

If any other majors, or small cap developers want to try their hands at this, then let them, nobody is stopping them. Oracle Power are moving forward with this and will continue to do so, what they offer to the project long term, remains to be seen.

And in terms of what Oracle Energy own right now, it's the development rights for the Green Hydrogen project, and the right to produce and distribute the product at a later date. Without this major coming in, it's just a pipe dream on paper and i totally agree, this is where CET comes in, or a company like CET. This week was the first hint/insight into how this project would actually be brought to fruition and constructed. A factor with many hurdles remaining but the ball is rolling

In the exploration space, i factor in a larger Risk for the Major, and although a multi Moz Resource would have already confirmed, your still drilling Blind in the hope that this Resource continues to grow. There will be risk factors with Green Hydrogen, but no discovery phase, and hoping the geology gods remain on your side. It's proven technology, already out there, coming together to produce 55,000 tonnes per annum. Let's see with a favourable location, will the results of the Feasibility study back up the early estimates

LW - I think this is the Crux of this project and the elephant in the room. A Company who is a subsidiary of a $700B Asset Powerhouse, surely has the resources and technical capabilities to launch such a project from start to finish, so why wouldn't they? Priorities elsewhere? Below their pay grade? Who knows.

A company fronting $1-2B you'd imagine would get an enormous slice of the pie, if not the lot, right?

But in a couple of interviews that have caught my attention with Naheed, she reiterates the importance of the dog work
& early steps being carried out by "Oracle Energy". Develop a project with all of the fundamentals in place (Land/Positive Feasibility study/Loi), and CET come in at the latter stage, front the bill and take 70/80% of the project. Not the first Major to come in and strong arm an offer for a big percentage of the takings. It's obviously going to be worthwhile for Oracle shareholders or what's the point in OE carrying out all of this work?

I suppose a lot with depend on future cost projections and sale of a Kg of Green hydrogen, cost of making it, lifespan of the plant without carrying out a full overhaul of solar panels and Electrolysis equipment in 5-10 years?

Hopefully we find out more soon as we get closer to the initial results of the feasibility report.

Also, personal opinion, selling on the Gold assets now or in the near future, especially NZ, would be counter productive. The next steps with NZ is a JV, before Naheed even commented on this, it was obvious. I've been in a number of junior Gold exploration companies who have made to same move:

OMI >> NEWMONT/AGNICO
ORR >> IAMGOLD

All drilling and coming up with proven resources which continue to grow. Then a company comes in for a share of the pie, takes financial burden off the owner of the project (Oracle Power), and commit "X Millions" to drilling the project and Feasibility studies

Northern Zone is Low Grade, but there's vast amounts of it, and relatively shallow too. For the price they got this for, to flip it on for pennies or a small profit, your leaving hundreds of millions of £'s, potentially Billions in the ground for another company to come and scoop up

This report from the companies website, always good to remind yourself the results yielded in the past from this project. 100000% worth furthering, if the company can secure a strong JV, which Naheed said they're in talks to do.

Tygra - This isn't a direct response to you either so apologies if it comes across that way, just sharing my views on the potential our Gold assetts hold.

Tygra, i can't really disagree with much of that, but Oracle certainly isn't isolated with this issue. This is all over, confirm a JV, confirm a binding agreement, release blockbusting results etc etc etc, then the share price booms. As i see it, the company are doing everything in their power to progress towards this JV and binding agreement with CET, and until then, if the share price continues to drop, then so be it. No surprise. I'm personally happy to lower my average in the process and accumulate more shares. If certain investors feel uneasy about this situation, and can predict a continuation of a share price drop, then sell up. I'm easy with that, look after yourself. Naheed is NOT going to change her approach to this to satisfy the 10-20% SP drops and spikes here and there. It's a process thing and if you want the riches on the other side, you need to be willing to ride out the rollercoaster.

There's a lot of talk about "Binding agreements" & waiting for Naheed to secure something more official. That said, none of that can happen without the work the board are currently progressing with, it's that simple. YES, the share price has tanked and looks to continue to faulter, and if we hadn't made any of these strides with GH, this for me would be a significant worry. But we are making strides, big strides, with big companies which are advancing this from a pipe dream phase, into reality.

We would like a stronger SP to limit any future dilution in regards with the runnings of the company, that said, if the company continue at the same pace progressing GH and the SP drops to £0.0010, I'l bet my life on it I'l be topping up all I can to dramatically bring my average down

****stan is heavily reliant on coal and wants to cut its carbon emissions by 50 percent of 2016 levels by 2030. It views green hydrogen as one solution, and Oracle Energy would be a first mover if the plant gets up and running.

It's an absolute whopper of a development, and if your eyeing these kind of CAPEX costs, revenues down the line will dwarf this number. Memon, who would like to bring in investors from Saudi Arabia or Oman for future projects, added: “There’s a lot of interest in green hydrogen, but we don’t want to do two things at once. It’s better to play off the back of success.”

Oracle Energy is planning to build a 400 megawatt green hydrogen plant on 7,000 acres in a designated wind corridor in the Sindh province of south-east ****stan.

It would deploy a combination of 500mw of wind power capacity and 700mw of solar to produce 55,000 tonnes of green hydrogen each year.

Oracle Energy is 30 percent-owned by Oracle Power and 70 percent by Sheikh Ahmed’s Kaheel Energy. The joint venture raised £500,000 ($602,192) through a share placing last month.

In October it appointed engineering giant Thyssenkrupp Uhde to lead a feasibility study to be published in the first half of this year.

It announced on Tuesday the signing of a memorandum of agreement with China Electric Power and Technology Co, a subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China, to potentially develop, finance, construct, operate and maintain the plant in ****stan.

The project is expected to cost between $1.5 and $2 billion, according to Memon. With parent Oracle Power listed on the AIM (Alternative Investment Market) of the London Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of £6 million, it needs partners such as China Electric Power and Technology Co to deliver projects.

Oracle Power’s directly owned portfolio includes a thermal coal project east of Karachi and two licences to dig for gold in Western Australia.

Huge interest, and with the partnerships and alliances made so far, or are potentially in the making, those buys don't come as a surprise, especially with only a £5m MCAP.

Since investing into ORCP I've seen very little movement regarding THAR, factors some would consider outside of control from the company itself. Political and Government restrictions and jurisdictional issues.

I get a very different sense with GH. A project very much in control with the company. A Project that runs with the narrative of cleaner energy today, and one which the company have spent quick to accelerate its development.

A very positive hearing. Naheed stating that this Mou seems to have a much stronger feels to it, than some of the others. It's the companies intention to form a JV with CET over time which shows further intent to me. It's not just a development project which we can spin off, recieve a fee and move on to the next one. A long term JV partnership to drive this forward. What % Oracle Energy would retain ? Nobody knows yet, but a very positive development today

It's also encouraging from the MoU's perspective, we're starting to hear more from the potential partners themselves and Sheikh - All in the RNS i know, but highly encouraging read

Finally the news that gets me really excited about this. A potential partner with all the ammunition and Resources to get this over the line. Well done to Naheed and the company and all of the hard ongoing work behind the scenes to drive this forward

I thought it was a Halt on all new mines? and technically that's not an area Cora are up to yet, still in its exploration lifespan. All that aside, positive movements from the company as they continue to build support and financing for when the times comes

Look back at the 5 year chart to November '19 when our share price was in a similar position and on positive THAR news, look at the Jump

would be incredible if they can utilise Block 6 moving forward, something Naheed has strongly hinted at in recent times
