However with your statement, it's exactly why I'm focusing the majority of my thoughts on Green Hydrogen. Boxes are being ticked, milestones are not being missed and I'm feeling like we're getting close to the DFS, which in itself along with financing, will be company defining. But it's up to Naheed to prove my thoughts right, and others wrong, which is yet to be seen. I was going to top up this week, but will wait until Tuesday/Wednesday next week and pull the trigger then. 0.0018/0.0017/0.0016/0.0015... Whats the next level? up or down?

I think its a Good buying opportunity, with the mindset that I'm happy to buy more if and when it goes down. I do feel as a company, and as a developer, they are progressing well with GH and you can feel momentum with us. That may change if there is a significant delay with the DFS/funding/construction beginning , but it is hypothetical until then and its only fair to give Naheed time to tick these milestones off, before casting any misconceived judgments

I think LW said the other day, whether we're left with 5% or 50% in the end, this will BAG multiple times once the concept becomes a reality. Personally, i wouldn't to wait for financing to be secured and potentially buying in at 0.0040-0.0080 for example, when i can top up at 0.0015. But with that, I'm taking a bigger risk. Each to their own who want to wait for further announcements to be made, a strategy i understand

Just following on about Broodge energy, they engaged thyssenkrupp in September to carry out their feasibility study, which was completed on april 5th last week

Having announced our co-operation with them one month later in October of last year, i think Q2 shouldn't be far from the mark for results, even if only preliminary

The key factor here, albeit further dilutions for the day to day runnings of the company will be on the horizon, to fund a project of such scale, the financial dilutions from Oracle Power should be minimal and we can take this forward on a free ride.

GH, I'm more swaying with your side, that there would be willing finances and lenders, outside of CET, which would suit an investment case here better for investors. Can we secure a Banking consortium, as part of a larger pay back system, which will help Oracle energy maintain a larger slice. My belief is that Oracle energy does have something special to offer here. A Development ready made for financiers to walk straight into and piggyback off the work we've completed this far.

A company with bottomless resources, it's almost a lazy, laid back approach letting a small CAP company fast track the project and jump in a later stage, but it wouldn't be an isolated incident in this market. The mining sector a PRIME example. A small cap spend 3-5 years, £2/3m drilling an asset, only for a Larger company to come in, commit 10-20 X that amount for a large slice of the project (GGP > NCM) for one example. Newcrest Mining have all of the Resources to hit the Paterson with their own Geo's, and drill team, but why don't they when they can just piggyback onto the back of a small Cap company driving the project forward? And i understand Havieron is a one off and a somewhat no brainer, but they Also have a mammoth $60m JV with Antipa minerals, with next to no Resources defined.

I don't know which way it's going to go, and 80% was just a pie in the sky Estimate. I welcome all sides to the argument and when it comes to financing such a large project with an Enormous CAPEX, i respect all views and know there are posters on this board which have more experience in this field

Interesting about Brooge Energy GH, good find. Naheed mentioned financiers, lenders and investors so maybe some kind of consortium, which may be a better fit, each expecting a particular rate of return. One powerhouse company funding it alone may want 60/70/80%, and you couldn’t really argue when they’re fronting Billions for the build. I’m sure whatever the board have in mind, will favour our interests, and with large holdings, their own too.

It does bode the question, on an estimated $2B build, what would you imagine the NPV to be ? Surely multiples of that figure, securing a 5-10% free ride would be an outstanding achievement for Oracle Power. It may well be more, or far less but currently, a 1p share price tag would amount to around a £30-£35m MCAP. Such a move in ORCP’s favour, i can well see this, and a lot more further down the line. But 100%, sooner the better. We’ll be raising funds for years to come now, I think that’s an almost certainty. It needs to be a lot higher than what they’re currently doing it at. A lot higher , so post DFS, let’s hope Naheed has secured that deal and it’s announced before the end of the year.

A £5m one off payment (something of a finders fee) would certainly not go a miss. 0.25% in comparison to the possible CAPEX of the project, enough to keep the lights on and reduce any further dilution for the next couple of years. A lad can dream

Yeah, it's a strange situation. You, like myself, and many others here, know the Grind it takes to even get to this stage with a typical mining study. There are several Geo surveys carried out, Rock sampling, months and years of drilling (results depending), environmental studies, before you can either think about submitting a Feasibility study. It could takes 3-5 years, maybe longer.

With the GHP, it looks to be slightly different, and a little more, fast tracked (up to now). The company, with the appointment of Dr Naveed Akhtar have implemented to use already existing technologies, and production methods in the Green Hydrogen space to kick start this venture. Apply these correctly and take your time to fully understand the industry your heading into, and in the long run it could save an enormous amount of time and finances. Like mentioned, get this first development right and make a success of it, there's nothing stopping Oracle spreading their wings into other regions.

I think it said that originally LW, but timelines may have changed slightly, i've seen a couple of recent RNS reports state the "Preliminary Results are due in Q2", including the latest RNS and Q1 update

How much this will tell me, I couldn't really comment further. And as much as securing the financing could/should be the big catalyst here, nothing in more important than these results. Is it going to be a reliable, sustainable and successful alternative with a production life into the decades, that's what we need to tick. Without proving up its long term viability, it will remain just a dream jotted down in a couple of RNS reports. We shouldn't have to wait too long (hopefully)

I feel like the share price action has kept my actions some what measured, which I'm taking as a positive. But like discussing on the Twitter group, if/once financed in a couple months, Oracle Energy will be Stakeholders in a multi Billion £/$ Green energy project. How many London based small Cap companies have that going on?

In all fairness, at £5m MCAP, to generate returns of a couple of hundred percent, you don't need anything of that Magnitude but that's the aim of the company. Then we have the prospect of a secondary Green Solar project, based on our own block, the Gold and 1.4Billion Tonnes of Lignite Coal to contend with. It's not just the initial success of GHP which intrigues me, but if successful, what future projects would it lead to Oracle Energy Developing and bringing to life. That's a thought for the future but setting up your stall in a sector Big Money will enter over the next decade or so, is an astute move for me. These projects, a large part of them will be taken forward and financed by these energy PowerHouses but when all said and done, it all started right here with Oracle Power > Oracle Energy

Ultimately the retention stake for Oracle Energy here is what will govern the success of Oracle Power's shareholders and their returns. But get this first development right, tick the boxes and prove to the market and investment partners that Oracle Energy have what it takes to take on this sector, the rest will take care of itself

Yeah i understand LW. I don't want to come across that my investment is just pure emotion, and regardless of the situation I'd just keep topping up. I know when my times done with certain investments and once i begin to see red flags, or what i see are red flags (GCAT), i have no issues taking a loss, selling up and moving on. But i have high expectation here, very high if i'm honest. And if this GH project does pull off, it could really be a life changing investment and I'm not just talking about a 1-2 Bag situation. It's Micro MCAP is creating an enormous Risk/reward opportunity but I'm not naive enough to believe it's in the bag and I'm fully aware there are BIG milestones to hit which haven't been completed yet

If you mean, post DFS we see no movement with financing, timelines or guidelines to when the project will be funded, then il reassess then, 100%. Priority is 1) We need favourable results to show that this has a lifespan of 10-20+ years, and it’s an efficient and successful alternative to its fossil fuel counterpart

But like Naheed says, it’s a complex project and one of the biggest in ****stan and surrounding regions. I’m by no means expecting funding to be secured the day or week after DFS, but would like to hear more and how she sees ORCP fitting in long term

No timelines have been missed which she has set out(GH), and the ones she has set out, she’s completing them. Like I said, I will continue to buy at such low levels because I have long term confidence in this becoming a mid cap company. If we begin to miss deadlines and fail to execute targets, that may change. But it’s all hypothetical until that point (for me)

Just finished the Presentation myself. Quietly impressed. I like to use these presentations as a tool for refreshing the mind. I feel like there's an unrealistic expectation for Naheed to grip the audience with some blockbusting news, which obviously she couldn't as she mentioned, it's all regulated. You just want her to summarise events, the companies position and i suppose the direction they want to take the company in the future. I think she picked up all of those points very well. Share Price is, or could be used as a measure of success. But if PI's in the short term want Naheed and the board to appease the market with a couple of 10-20% RNS announcements and rises, it can equally just create a Courtyard for traders. It happens all over the market and ORCP will never be an exception. When news is ready, we'll get it.

Still not fully convinced on the Coal in Block 6 and Gold but she strongly stated both projects are progressing in their individual ways and I'm happy to wait for further updates. Focusing on the Green Hydrogen project, this is the future, and the priority for the company. Something new and old investors alike need to get on board with, if they want to sit on their positions. As an investor, you want to see the Company and CEO drive your projects forward in a timely manner and FWIW this far, this is certainly happening. Small milestones being set since its introduction in October 2021, all being executed or currently ongoing. There have been no financial milestones set yet, beyond the £1.8m land lease payment (which was paid as requested), and as an extremely complex project, boxes need ticking in order to move forward with financing. they're on it and the partnerships they're building, not just in ****stan, but the regional area and back in Europe, are really bringing this project together and creating National and Global interest. Next step, on a personal basis, wait for the DFS and initial results and assess the project from there. When funds are available, there's nothing alarming me, or will be stopping me from making further BUYS.

Just listening to Naheed on my break, interesting she points about CET, not just being an engineering company, but a "Mega Investor", part of a company with the 3rd largest Revenue globally behind Amazon and Wallmart. A fact I'l try and dog into further.

But she hopes to harness the financial support which will very soon become the next agenda item. So as previously discussed, you'd expect news on this front once the DFS is published. It's paramount & i remain confident in it being executed. Will listen to the rest later on

Correct GH, however rather than the company lead us into thinking for 6 months that a JV could be on the horizon (which could still be the case), if it isn’t, rip the band aid off and tell us. I had this for far too long at ECR and the promise of a Jv, which never had substance to it. Or maybe an update would help. I’m in big favour of driving NZ forward, especially at $2,000 Per oz, but only if all costs all covered by a JV partner. If we have to raise further funds, there’s too much happening imo, for oracle to raise funds for the Gold

I do agree about the GH & Solar. Could be enormous for the company and the company are driving these through and running with these projects over any other, they do excite me. Good, short, brief summary for me with the Gold being a bonus on the side.

We normally get a summary on Gold but no surprises really that there isn’t. The Q1 update is just a compacted summary of events that have happened in that quarter. Having heard little to nothing about Gold in Q1, it makes sense. That said, it has gone very, very quiet on that front.

Yeah definitely LW, and I’m of the exact same opinion. It’ll all come post DFS, but we will need to see those movements once we get the results. Maybe not instantly, but without that funding, we can’t even begin to think about construction. I vaguely remember a 3 year build period, ready for 2026/2027 so you’d anticipate, the commencement shouldn’t be too far off. We wait and see ….

MoU's are very useful. They may come across as endless, filler RNS documentation with no substance, but they act for evidence, when it finally comes to officially securing financing, and other agreements. You'll probably find that a number of them will amount to nothing, non-binding agreements which wont be taken any further. But post DFS, a potential company like CET will want to see that Oracle Energy have considered all aspects of the project including off-take agreements, transportation & Port infrastructure, Storage etc etc. Get the financing over the line, then expand on your Binding agreements from there.
