there have, from what i’ve witnessed, not been any plans to sell block 6. although it was, the gem of the portfolio at one point, with cpec and other jurisdictional issues there have been great delays. frustrating delays albeit and a switch and transition to green/clean energy is a very smart move for me. i think it’ll be far easier securing big investment in this space for decades to come.

but let this be clear, this transition does not correlate to block 6 being a bust. many times, companies move from project to project because the long term projections of “project a” are useless and there’s no pathway to revenue. i don’t see this with thar, and although coal is a pathway of yesterday, it still looks like it has a role to play in ****stan

the confidence of oracle generating long term revenue from green hydrogen and solar seems greater than coal, but i still think thar has a substantial role to play in creating value here, especially after the recent rns.

bought some more this week. sad to see the price action i can’t deny, but a poster recently said, it’s all irreverent until you sell, and that’s what i have in mind

It’s just with comments like the one below. I fully understand your strategy and not buying into a market under these conditions, especially when the CATALYST still hasn’t been announced or reported by Naheed and the company. And you will not be alone in that strategy. But seeing some of your posts and waiting for these to kick in, as I understand it, that’s what your waiting for. But then today to come out with

Suggests to me that you’ll never make an investment here. A jurisdiction saturated in that level of corruption, it doesn’t clear overnight and it’s something that will stay around for some time. If, that’s how you see it.

So has that changed LW from recent weeks where you were following it closely? Waiting for the DFS results and movement in financing, and potentially, potentially, making an investment ?

I think there are a number of companies that fit that Mould in this market. You look close enough, what Value is fundraising actually adding to the MCAP? Spending years, and Millions, drilling Baron ground which more often than not, is coming up with Poor results, or no gold at all. You can spot these companies a mile off, and it's how i narrow down my investments. But then you come down to finances, pathway to production, Feasibility results, to further zone in on your investments

In term of having the Assets, I wouldn't necessarily say I'm Banging the drum when i talk about Oracle Power.

- they picked up Northern zone which has a lot of proven Gold, and now essentially have a free ride, for 2 years at least to grow it bigger

- Solar and GH, what intrigues me here is that you don't have to raise funds to spend 2-3 years drilling blind holes into the ground, hoping you strike it lucky. It's an enormous Gamble. We can use existing strategies and technologies to hit our desired results. It almost seems too easy? And i mean that with no disrespect to Oracle Power because they, and the entire company have my full backing. But if this strategy proves itself in the near term, it can seriously lay the ground work for ORCP and Oracle Energy to develop multiple projects in the future in numerous jurisdictions.

LW, I am agreeing with what your saying about ECR being in a similar situation. That said, they are waiting on some positive results to deliver. Have they ever had positive results ? Have they got enough in those assets to produce a mine or a resource ? I’m 95% sure they haven’t. Having the Resource and the ground, for me is 70-80% of the investment case. If you have this, generating a long term revenue stream looks more likely.

That’s the difference with ORCP. the magnitude and long term potential is enormous of some of the assets. That’s what I’m buying into. Hoping that the rest of it pieces itself together. I’m confident in at least one of these projects going ahead, possibly 2, maybe 4.

Placings make the stock market go around. It’s not the only share that raises money at a set price, for the price to drop and the next raise be lower. And the one after that lower. And lower. And so on. And it certainly won’t be the last. With no means of revenue imminently, we will see ongoing dilution and push towards the 4 Billion SIC mark. I personally, will use it as an opportunity to continue to add to my holdings and lower my average to something around £0.0015. Others may get angry, others may sell, others will remain on the sideline, each to their own. But as long as the company continue to tick boxes and make strides towards developing their projects, il be happy.

Things may take a turn we won’t like but so far, so good. Seeing what’s happening at an old company of mine, ECR, makes me feel a lot better about my investment here. how the company are applying existing technologies and practices to potentially bring to life multiple billion £ projects. That’s the reward. £4m MCAP. 2-3 multi billion £ projects. Plenty of companies out there flogging assets to the market with very little value accreditation. If you haven’t got the asset, go out and build it.

Naheed has stated numerous times that Green Hydrogen is centre stage here at Oracle and moving forward. So I'd say it's the other way around and the investors here need to factor that into their investment into ORCP. The MoU recently on THAR Coal indicates to me that Naheed has full confidence in getting this over the line, yet shes edging her bets currently in a Green Energy Sector which I'm pretty sure will be more Institutional Investment friendly, than a Coal project over a decade in the making. I think the company are taking these projects forward pretty well, i understand the disappointment with the share price, but thats something else

Forget what LSE says, the majority of these are sales. Someone is seriously offloading shares here. A buy yesterday and I’d be 10-15% already. Going to have a nibble today. GLA, shocking market at the minute and crashing fast.

It’s extremely difficult to predict and I do want more shares, I’m just going to be a little more savvy. For me I want to top up before the DFS results are published. There’s no guarantee of a rise on that, however, if that report significantly goes in our favour and explains we could be on the cusp of developing and being a stakeholder in a Multi Billion £ project, the Market may take notice. Then onto funding. 2 key aspects for me near term I’m waiting for.

And if I wait too long and we see a massive spike in the share price, that’s just the way it rolls, I have a healthy holding (for me), we go from there

yeah there may always be "better near term opportunities", but in that case, this will never rise will it?

throughout the last 12 months i was expecting more movement i will admit but i don't think we'll see a ruck of 10-20% rises here and there. it may unfortunately keep dropping but once the right news is delivery (dfs/funding for gh/funding for thar/funding for solar)etc... i think we'll see a 300/400/500% rise over a couple of days. i've seen it numerous times in this market and i think we'll be hit with news that will serious re-rate the value of this company and mcap.

ceo oracle power naheed memon reiterated her company’s commitment to the development of the cpec-listed 1320 mw coal-to-power project. she shared that oracle has produced world-class feasibility reports which became benchmark documents for its development. oracle power is very pleased to have formed a strategic relationship with ke as a potential off-taker and the government of sindh as a facilitator and important stakeholder. representative from powerchina shared that the development of the thar project is of great importance to ****stan in the sense of utilizing the local coal resource. oracle 1320mw coal power project is listed as one of the priority energy projects under china ****stan economic corridor(cpec). with the guidance and participation of the sindh government, together with ke and oracle, powerchina will provide support for the success of the project. earlier this year, ke also entered into an mou with china three gorges south asia investment limited (ctgsail) to collaborate on exploring renewable energy projects across the country.

karachi-committed to increasing reliance on indigenous sources of energy production to provide access to affordable energy for all, k-electric inked a memorandum-of-understanding (mou) with government of sindh (gos), oracle power, and powerchina for the potential development of 2x660 mw coal-fired power project based on thar coal.

ke was represented by ceo moonis alvi, while secretary energy abu bakar ahmed was present from the government of sindh, ceo naheed memon from oracle power and cheng qiang from powerchina.

oracle power is an international natural resource and power project developer listed on london’s stock exchange, while powerchina is a fortune 500 listed integrated construction group which has completed over 40 various projects in ****stan with a total contract value of approximately usd 6 billion, and an additional 43 projects worth usd 7.5 billion currently under execution.

speaking on the occasion, sindh minister for energy imtiaz shaikh stated: “electricity is a fundamental driver of development and progress, and this collaboration is a big step in this direction. once operational, this project will immensely benefit the entire province which is why we are committed to provide our full support until its maturity.”

the main objective of the mou is to provide a collaborative framework for the partnering parties, setting the stage for the establishment of this ambitious power plant. for ke, this move aligns with the company’s forward-looking plan of enhancing its generation through addition of low-cost, indigenous fuel based power. the company has shared its vision of adding a total of 2,200 mw to its generation capacity by 2030, and increase its share of renewable energy to 30% of the overall mix. the inclusion of such generation capacity also aligns with ke’s future projections for the city, which envisages a customer base of 5 million using 5,000 mw of electricity by fy30.

Any near term expectations of Gold revenues is a little far fetched. And that’s not me having a dig at anyone, it’s just facts.

Although there is an exploration target, no definitive resource has yet been put together. The gold is certainly there. completing further drilling, mining and environmental studies, extracting it and processing the stuff is a different matter.

That’s not to say it can’t generate value in the mean time. That’s for riversgold to do, and we just benefit off the back of it.

Same with GH, Solar, and Thar (whatever they choose to do with coal). They’re years in development and in that time can add a staggering amount of value to the companies MCAP, which if they do, should help minimise dilution over the years.

As an estimated guess, I’d say the nearest project to revenue would be GH, but even that needs financing a 3 year build to commence. It’s going to take some patience with this Share but it’s patience I’m willing to give.

It's a project we can file away for the foreseeable with no near term financial burden on Oracle to raise funds for Gold. There is a lot of low grade Gold there, and it'll be interesting to see how soon Riversgold get down to it and get a drill in the ground. Are there extensions to the current resource? Is there a resource there that can actually be put together and defined?

But yeah, nothing lost and potentially a lot to gain, if the deal is fulfilled over the next couple of years. Onwards and upwards with the other Assets

Farmed out with Riversgold which could see them earn in a potential of 80%. A $15m Company. Definitely not the JV I was hoping for, but movement on our non core assets Naheed was talking about, and not really a surprise considering the direction the company is taking. Free's them up to focus now on GH and Block 6.

I had hopes for NZ and we could still have 20% exposure to a Multi Oz project without any further dilution, that bit is key. Interesting to remember, that both Gold projects were purchased for $90,000 (plus shares) and we just received a $50,000 payment too. $600,000 on exploration to in the next 2 years as agreed in the binding arrangement which I'd imagine would yield further positive results.

There was a small speculative part of me which pondered this for a while. Having accumulated shares by the millions all below £0.0040, why would they lock in for another 12 months? Initially thinking that there wouldn't be news for a long time, and it'll give them another 12 months of buying at very low levels. It was the cynical side of me conjuring this up. And the same thought, have they stopped the salary sacrifice because maybe they know, big news, could be on the horizon (DFS/Financing/Block 6). Because after all, it doesn't matter who you are, you'll want to protect your average, and not be locked in buying shares if/when lets say the Share price spiked 500%

Having already spent 12 months doing the same, on the 29th September they elect to lock themselves in for another 12 months. Only for 6 months later, to put a stop to it as it was becoming increasingly expensive to operate. Surely this was an expense they knew back in September before renewing the Purchase plan?

Maybe they were happy with their allocations and knew big news was inbound, maybe they were just being generous and supporting the Company throughout this Cleaner energy transitional period, who knows. All said, they have incentive as 1) to fulfil their obligations to the shareholders as directors & 2)Profit in the process by cashing their shares in at a later stage.

And when we're bought out for 50p/share, we'll all know who to thank ;)

I've only really known Naheeds purchases lets say the last 2 years come from a Salary sacrificed based scheme. It'll be interesting to see now, that this has ended, how hungry are these directors to front more of their own cash/salary and buy on the open market? I do feel though, however she has accumulated these shares, it gives her a fantastic opportunity to become a very, wealthy woman. To the point where now, although her £100k+ a year salary is a nice comfort blanket, she'll certainly have one eye on her 100,000,000 shares, combined with her own ambition for this company to become a stakeholder in Billion $ project(s), and she'll surely be seeing £ signs. You'd be stupid not to. Dreaming about it is one thing, joining up the dots and actively pursuing it, is something else.
