Magnum - Yeah its personal preference, its the Market Cap that interests me. I've seen these projects developed over the years through numerous commodities and one interesting aspect which remains here, "Oracle Energy" are advancing this at what i think is a favourable rate to shareholders and quicker than i anticipated. They have secured the land required to facilitate such a large project, they are advancing Feasibility studies, in talks with off takers and have been granted permission for the production and distribution of GH, as well are in talks with financial institutions to fund such a project. OE could dispatch of this project in years to come to an institution with deep pockets which could put the valuation already into the hundreds of millions, before a KG of GH has even been produced. A fee which in itself could really set Oracle Power up for a long time and reward shareholders. Now i for one prefer a longer term option of seeing this through past the finish line and beyond, but as the milestones are hit, i do think it'll put the company in a powerful position.

Only had a nibble today with the BUYING but I'm focused on holding this for years to come.

I keep choosing my BUYs at the wrong time, and although they help lower my average, with either a lack of progress or rock bottom sentiment, my buys turn to regret when the price continues to downtrend as has been the case for the last year or so which i've been an investor here.

Since joining, not much has happened surrounding THAR and although Naheed remains upbeat about this ASSET and its potential, there's nothing to be seen in the works of moving this forward into something actually sustainable. In fact, the Q&A made me less upbeat with her reply "They need THAR coal now". Thats all well and good, but lets do something about it and keep your loyal shareholders in the loop.

We do need a rocket of an RNS to get this going. Whether we get that soon is anyones guess, but if it does arrive, i personally wouldn't be surprised. The GHP project is taking centre stage at Oracle and the small steps being taken now, give me confidence that long term, this will get over the finish line and put Oracle at the forefront of something pretty generational . Dilutions and fundraising is not isolated to Oracle Power. I've seen tremendous **** ups with Micro Cap companies elsewhere recently when it comes to raising funds, we're raising for a reason and i personally don't think it will be long until we hear that the company (Oracle Energy), have secured significant investment to begin construction.

I'm 25% down on a £0.0026 average but encouraged to see how this all eventually plays out. You can be years away from Revenue and "Resource income" and still add Big value to the companies Market Cap, i think in time we will see that here.

I think what shareholders are interested in, how many more dilutions/Or steps along the way until "Oracle Energy" can secure the Banking and financial investment needed to Comfortably begin Construction of the GHP and take it through until finish. Land survey should be completed within a couple of months, along with the Technical Feasibility study, then its time to see the meat on the bones. I do believe Naheed is working hard in the background to really bring this project to fruition but Shareholder Confidence in her is shrinking by the month and i think we're more likely to see 0.0015 in the short term, than 0.0030. No more top ups for me but holding this one for years to come

The prospect of Sanankoro which excites me (if and when it finally gets going), is the projected AISC. Now we all know the challenge of releasing "projected figures" and actually delivering them, can bring up many issues along the way. That said, a huge chunk of Sanankoro is in an Oxide layer of free digging, open pitted material material close to the surface with a number of high grade pockets situated throughout. These will be targeted earlier on which demonstrates why the first years FCF is so favorable if all goes to plan.

I remember making a point last year, whether they could ever bring it to fruition, is a potential JV or Pay in service with Hummingbird Resources. Tekeledougou is situated around 10Km from their Yanfolia plant, with early results showing very promising signs. 10km may seen like some distance but when you think "zone A" & "Zone C" will be around 8-10km from the processing plant at Sanankoro, it all seems achievable.
Using an existing plant in Southern Mali, which is around 60km from Sanankoro would be an ideal scenario for the Company, however your still stuck in the same Political round about with upgrading these licenses from Exploration to Mining when getting it out of the ground.

It'll be interesting to see what direction the company take with this and hopefully they can yield results sooner, rather than later

Hey, same to you mate. All well here, just been a little quiet on these boards for the last 6 months or so. I remember having multiple discussions with LegalWolf surrounding Cora and i was adamant that this couldn't drop below 6-7p range, but you live and learn

Very interesting update which i appreciate and I'm sure others do. But maybe this delay has pushed the company to explore and prove up their licenses. When i first invested into Cora, Bert set out to drill 35,000m. Not only did the company drill beyond 40,000m, the results were brilliant and all carried out within 6 months. From my experience at ECR and a company of other companies, it would take them 5 years to drill this much. If the company in the mean time can prove up a "Resource", external to Sanankoro, this will surely help build up the value of the company whilst maintaining Investor confidence. Plenty of hurdles still ahead but at £10m MCAP, and 4p, i see this as a Solid entry for some, or for me, an ideal opportunity to lower my average

Zan, just going back to your post in December, i fully agree about Bert. Incredibly mild mannered, set out to drill and grow the Resource, and has continued to deliver. A few aspects have taken longer to sort out than we would have liked but there are allowances for that, and if the company can push on at constructing a mine capable of 50,000 oz+ per year, Cora has a very appetising future ahead of it.

£12m MCAP, a projected first year FCF of US$71m and a financing plan in place to drive it all along, it's looking very good. I believe Sanankoro could hold up to 2 Moz of Gold and with all of that within roughly 200m of surface, the economics look promising. Interesting to see the work ongoing in the Southern Mali permits which could really attract further investment into Cora.

From the limited drilling carried out at Tekeledougou, the results are certainly eye catching

I agree that the share price performance has been very poor, comms has been poor at times and newsflow on THAR and gold has just disappeared. "We're in talks" on both fronts just wont cut it any longer and we need solid updates on both fronts

I do believe the company have moved very quickly on the Green Hydrogen front and the progress to date since its announcement in October 2021 has been impressive. Creating Oracle energy, paying the first 10 year land lease payment and commencing site surveys, i see this as a lot more than a pipe dream. I can see further dilution, but for day to day runnings of the company.

A 15 BILLION shares dilution would generate just £30,000,000 at the current price, which wouldn't even scratch the surface of what Oracle Power's share of the CAPEX would be. Not even close. But what we need to know with everything moving as fast as it is, where will the funds come from to begin construction? The mandate last year shows an estimated Build cost of $2B. Some serious financials needed, and once secured, what slice of the pie will Oracle Energy be left with? Large percentage with an enormous DEBT payback period? Give up the project altogether to secure a long term royalty payment for developing the project. who knows but i can see these questions being answered in the near term (fingers crossed). continuing to top up at these prices in the comfort that a £60m MCAP would yield 10 X my current amount, i can see Oracle Power advancing towards a Hundred Million MCAP and beyond long term but with Great reward comes great risk but thats nothing new in this market.

Another Step in the right direction. Feasibility study due for completion first half of next year, along with the ground survey. Out of nowhere, this is really gaining traction and no longer seems like a pipe dream. Long may it continue. Plenty of value to be added to Oracle Power

Funding for GH - it gives the project further ongoing credibility and could really set them up to begin a 2-3 year construction for production to begin 2026/2027. This followed by or combined with the ongoing Feasibility studies should really put meat in the bones and set out long term Oracle (Powers) long term commitments and expected revenues and valuations from this

Gold - JV could come at any time, sooner the better because we need the financing of another company to continue drilling at NZ, and as a bonus, further exploration at Jundee East

Thar - The project most have their eyes on but i know least about. I've read the JORC estimates from years ago but now its time to progress and make use of the vast asset we have, Naheed has hinted news on this and Gold shouldn't be too far away

It'll be a very interesting read. Targeting a cost of $2 to produce and can sell between $10-$15 at 150,000 kg per day capacity, the word ambitious is an understatement so I'm excited to see how it unfolds. And more to the point, when all is said and done and financed and they've secured hundreds of millions/billions in investment and the GH plant is built, what will Oracle energys remaining slice of the pie be. Will Oracle energy/Power be left with a royalty payment, will we have a small percentage, large percentage, will we keep the entire project with a long term payback period.

Feeling like this is a brilliant development for the company and shareholders alike.

US$1,830,000, like Tygra has stated around $549k for Oracle Powers share for the first 10 years of lease, on a 7,000 acre site seems like a good deal to me and it's encouraging to finally see, as well as the Loi payment of $600,000, what the finances are actually being spent on. A rare comment from His Highness is nice to see too.

With the partnership with thyssenkrupp ongoing, i am personally happy with the progression to date. CAPEX and the construction finances and costs surrounding the development of the site itself is still a hurdle to negotiate but i have faith in the company delivering on this in the near future.

In terms of the share price, who knows, i see it as an opportunity, some will see it as evidence of a Green Hydrogen pipe dream which is years away from fruition but each to their own.

You cannot guarantee there wont be a placing this year or next. There are still ongoing running costs occurred with this company. Naheeds £100K+ salary for one plus whatever limited overheads the company have. Like most Micro cap companies today, i expect Oracle to raise funds for the day to day running. However, i do agree, to progress any one of the 3 projects, i fully expect them to secure debt financing of some sorts and allow the JV's and potential partner deals to de-risk them financially. A lot of financial uncertainty when investors look at putting their money into this company, that said I am confident in that feeling being eased soon, hence why I'm topping up at these levels at every opportunity. With great risk brings great reward and I'm very happy to ride this one out.I'm encouraged how the GH is progressing and can see this narrative continuing for long periods from now. Options available with Gold and THAR, hopefully we begin to hear a lot more, and soon.

There may be further dilution with an additional $3m banking guarantee further down the line. Our share of the funding will be paid from existing funds and additional funding

" Oracle's share of the funding requirement for these milestones will be from current cash and additional funding as required during the course of development."

But this isn't and wouldn't be a surprise and may be covered if and when Oracle Energy secure financing on a larger scale. Adding more today

I think doubts with this company are not uncommon. Long before i invested, there has been this inseparable tie regards to THAR coal, will it/wont it, will CPEC to driving this forward or will they take it down any number of separate avenues. The thing with Block 6, it is an asset with immense value underground, especially for an £8m MCAP company. But to bring that to fruition, and to any kind of production status, the Complex nature and Red Tape surrounding it, the issues may be ongoing for some time

I am a fan of the Gold and do believe NZ could be rewarding for Shareholders, if the right terms under a JV are actually agreed and its not just talk to keep shareholders engaged for longer

Green Hydrogen had me hooked from the off. The company running with the narrative of the global energy crisis and transition to cleaner, more renewable fuels. It would be a guess, but I'd say progress on this front, in the 13 months since it was announced has been pretty pleasing. This feels like more of a project that the company have control of themselves, the studies are ongoing and the recent Loi issued by the Government of Sindh, along with the $600,000 Bank guarantee, shows the companies intentions to me and confirms how they're prioritizing this as their number 1 project.

A lot of MoU's and other non binding contracts you can't really hang your hat on, yet, but progress slowly being made

If somebody new came on this board and wanted to know about financing for the Green Hydrogen, Construction plans and Builds and many other crucial aspects, at this point in time, it would be seem very blurry I admit that. But it's risk/reward on a very intense level and i feel like this project in particular will soon gain a lot of traction and will begin to snowball into something lucrative and very rewarding

Even if we raised at 1p, you'd have to Release 500 BILLION shares just to raise £500m or whatever our share of the pie and costs would amount to. There's just no chance

It will be done on an institutional level with connections, banks, debt financing and potential loans.The worry about significant dilution here doesn't concern me at all

I can imagine there to be ongoing dilution and fundraising for the day to day runnings of the company, but we all know that's not something new in this market. To progress GH to the stage were there are hopes of "Boots on the ground" sooner or later suggests to me that this project is far more advanced in the background, than has been let on to shareholders. But that's all to come and what a lovely Price/Market CAP to be adding to right now. I'm 33 but all of my shares are in a SIPP and have my longer term thinking CAP on. Happy to wait this one out and add as and when I can down here

For me, Gold is just as valuable as the other 2 having followed a lot of Junior Gold explorers in this market. If they secure a solid JV, there's no reason the NZ can rerate this by quite some way. If this was virgin ground with no historic results, I'd be a bit more spectacle but the fact that the company are looking to secure a JV suggests to me there is a bit more meat on the bones to this, and will drive the projects forward. There seems vast amounts of low grade Gold in the ground, relatively shallow and an exploration target between 2-4Moz, if they get favourable terms, I'd be more confident in the Australian assets generating Company value in the near term, rather than THAR. If another company can financially de-risk NZ and commit "X millions" for 50,000-100,000 metres of drilling, it certainly wouldn't be a distraction for me

Take any 1 of the 3 projects (Gold counting as 1 although we have NZ and Jundee), each one of them needs substantial funding to progress and take them forward. Funding which exceeds any kind of dilution or raising the company could do. I think we're in for some strong newsflow regarding Green Hydrogen within the next quarter or two, hopefully surrounding Institutional investment & Boots on the ground

A very mouth watering opportunity here at Oracle for those with a little patience and i have full confidence in Naheed delivering for us
