There's already proven gold at both, how much? Who knows
Creswick is huge and they've drilled what? 1,700m
Far far far more work to get through before understanding what kind of resource is in the ground there, and Bailleston for that matter.
From what I've read through on previous RNS', the grades are good, but not blockbusting. Blue moon returned 17g/t over 1m, Creswick 44g/t over 1m but then they drop.
Empire metals have the Eclipse project. their market cap is significantly lower and by what i can see, the grades they've returned are better
24m @ 1.44 g/t Au from 46m downhole
5m @ 6.50 g/t Au from 26m
14 m @ 1.70 g/t Au from 9m
3m @ 21.96 g/t gold ('Au') from 45m (including 1m @ 56.9 g/t Au)
Not the worlds best assays, but all at very shallow depths and perfect for an open pit mine. The point being, they're expecting to release a JORC estimate soon which will be <100,000 Oz.
From what I've seen, the company are still some time off releasing any JORC estimates which will be a real driver in getting Bailleston noticed. Maybe a JV here as well would be a good move, relocate MIDAS to Tambo South/North as and when they're announced. He seems to have a good team in place I'm just trying to add the pieces together as we recieve them.
Still very encouraged long term which is why I've added nicely to my SIPP, but short term I'm not so sure. This may be a blessing in disguise, if it chasers away the "get rick Quick" investors so fail to see the bigger picture
