You think, ECR currently have EL006184. If your the JV partner, knowing that ECR have applications in for both EL006713 & EL006907, there is no chance your going to sign anything in concrete giving you access to only EL006184.
EL006713 & EL006907 connect directly to EL006184 and significantly increase ECR's footprint in the Creswick area, and as an extension to that, now the JV partners. These licenses look to have been approved, just need a "First grant date" now. Once all of this is finalised, i believe the JV will be signed covering the 3 licenses, instead of its current 1 (EL006184)
Probably a pain to follow, but i believe these are the "licensing" issues Craig alludes to when talking about the JV
