RE: I TRUST CB...GREAT ENTRY28 Apr 2021 13:46
Legalwolf, I'm only recently invested and it is a question that's crossed my mind. I think it's all about timing and prioritizing.
They've done a couple of Capital raises in the last couple of years but seemed to have turned a corner. They had $7m in the bank, but recently raised another $22m. You don't just do this for the sake of it. The top 50 shareholders own 47% of the share allocation with Newcrest being top
These 800,000 oz & 1.6moz resource estimates are from years ago. Since, a substantional amount of drilling has taken place on both projects and their biggest drilling programs to date are currently being carried out. Rio Tinto have their newly discovered Winu deposit in the north which they want to take to production. They think Calibre especially is primed to be "starter feed" for Winu because it's grades seem favourable.
The recent funds will be used to plan, design and potentially implement the early stages of production for both. The current drilling programmes are testing multiple untested targets parallel to extension and infill drilling.
I'm almost certain that their JV's with IGO & Newcrest will strike well this year. In their Newcrest JV, they have two potential deposits "Tims done" & "chicken ranch" within 15km of the telfer mine
I look around the market and for an equivalent price and market cap of £60m, there is nothing that compares. I'm just focused on its growth for the near term and know in time the rest will take care of itself. I don't want to say it's the next "GGP" and go down those lines, because i really like Greatland. I'm invested and beleive they will be a multi billion £ company. But i look at Antipa, this is well on its way to discovering and getting to production, a number of nulti million ounce deposits.
