The changes to the BoD together with the late AGM and pivot in clinical trial direction and sudden need to finance it suggests there are troubles and TFG has finally made their presence felt.

I doubt it's heading for administration ... yet.

If there are major changes and RM goes, it looks like TFG have flexed their muscle.

If they have, then things are not to their liking and they have felt compelled to take action.

Something major is obviously happening behind the scenes.

This RNS looks like an attempt to appease shareholders before the AGM.

It also looks like whatever is causing the AGM to be delayed has still not been resolved because if it had there would have been a specific date for the AGM and notice would be given in a separate RNS.

So, it looks like this RNS was designed to appease concerned/angry/irate shareholders while whatever is causing the delay to the AGM has been resolved.

Why would directors such as SS risk their professional reputations in a situation such as this?

This suggests there are negotiations for financing a clinical trial taking place and it is proving challanging.

Some of the directors are not only involved with SNG.

Why would they risk their professional reputation on an AIM directorship!?

If so, could this affect their other directorships?

The more you do this the more convinced people are something positive is happening in negotiations with a BP.
