This mornings Kibo RNS valued their coal (not the project just the coal) at £60,000,000 and it's considered by some that their project (MCPP) will be worth (if sold) many multiples of that figure.

We have approximately 36% more 'known' coal than Kibo, and the possibility of considerably more 'unknown' if we include any potential from ALL of our other PL's.

Taking that coal valuation, it would make our (Edenville's) known coal worth around £81,600,000 Also baring in mind we have a Working Revenue Producing Licenced Coal Mine and a Potential RCPP

I guess the answer to everything currently is we just don't know. There are a plethora of scenarios, so hope we can get one over the line. We can't sell the company if there is no buyer. At least for the time being we have the mine with revenue, hopefully good revenue. There must be a RNS with figures due at some stage soon hopefully!?.....

That is a possibility because of the resolution passed, but until we have the figures I
personally will hold judgment. I'm sure it's no ones intention to run the company into
the ground, especially considering what Rufus is on!!

We have always been fraught with issues, but at some stage something has to give. What I would say, and those that have watched this share closely every working day for years will know, that up to this point Rufus has thrown some massive curve balls. It does seems as though we are in a corner, but we don't know if that is genuinely the case, no one knows! At some point in the not too distant further there will be an RNS and we will get some answers, hopefully the answer we want.

If there's to be no RCPP, let's find a buyer and get the SP to a level that saves most of the invested from heavy losses and kiss Africa goodbye!!

There were about 10 or 12 of us at the AGM in 2018 where we discussed the atrocious communications. It was acknowledged by RS and JM who said they would address the problem. Sadly nothing to-date has changed.

You are right, but I doubt figures alone will ever get us back to where we would like to be. The value imo currently is in what we have. We still have a Project if Edenville chose to proceed, or we have enough mineable resources to run a 300MW power plant for approximately 30 years which could be sold as is.

The statement below from November 16 was one of the best we had received imo, and nothing with regards to that has changed when you consider Kibo still intend to build a power plant, and as it currently looks won't be supplying TANESCO with their electricity,....and they don't even have a Mining Licence yet.

This shouldn't be underestimated, as in any future scenario this imh(but researched)o is a very very important selling point.

One reason for the SP is AIM is a News and Weight driven index. What with the length of time between updates etc, in the history of the company we have never had anything substantial enough to put us up and keep us up.

The news we have waited years for, and goals achieved in the long process have been snatched at the 11th hour, BUT is the Tender dead?, I for one doubt it, as do many on the Kibo invested.

I doubt anyone is happy with their investment, but with no figures we don't have the current facts. The quality of our coal is documented in RNS's going back several years. Why question it now?.
