That is just an opinion based on what little is known.

It was quite rightly reiterated by a Kibo member that:
"The cost of electricity is irrelevant to most rural dwellers because they live in an economy which lives largely without money. Therefore, there is no tariff that could be low enough to meet their empty pockets"

So imho if that is a fact, and I believe it is, and Tanesco don't want to buy our power if we were able to produce it the the bigger picture is to sell it into the pool via the Sumbawanga Transmission Line and on into the ZTK Pan African Interconnector. Simple

The fact is they have to organise very little, it's all being done for them.

All they need to do is authorise it.

The 400kV Transmission Line.
The ZTK Pan African Interconnecter.

To take advantage of the world investments being thrown at them surely at some
the Tanzanian Government/Tanesco will be required to do something like adding
power into the pool !?......

I'm thinking about a top-up before close on Thursday just in case, if not a direct buy I
might place an order for a higher amount in hope of catching any raise. Let's see how
the week progresses.

I think (hope) there is little doubt that the Tanzania, Iringa, Mbeya, Tunduma, Sumbawanga 400kV Transmission Line Project WILL be completed, especially in-light of the source of funding, AND not forgetting the ZTK Pan African interconnecter which is all part and parcel of the aforementioned BIGGER PICTURE...

Picking up on an earlier comment about 'who won'? the Tender. With Kibo's Mbeya and Edenville's Sumbawanga project locations at the end of the 400kV Transmission Line, and considering the route (and I have discussed this recently with Rufus Short) that geographically, and to the best of anyone's knowledge, there appears to be no other contenders other than Kibo and Edenville respectively,......INCLUDING the fact that they (LC & RS) have a pretty good idea who was at the public acceptance and opening of the Tenders.

My point being that as I understand it, no one won.

to a close, there is little doubt that at some stage soon the company will need to issue a RNS.

As you say in your first paragraph I guess there's a bit of all that, and applies in different forms around the world.

Sadly many facts are are lost here as some seem obsessed purely with what RS earns.

We have a £11,000,000 plus investment that has a current stock market value of £850k. I agree if the company can't mine for a profit there is a very big problem, but also there are other possibilities and I'm sure the assets are not going unnoticed by any interested parties.

Time will tell
