Yes I agree the result of the Tender is 100% out of Edenville's control. How would
it be possible for a relatively insignificant foreign miner to have slightest influence

As I have been saying for the last month, and what now appears to be the growing consensus amongst people far more knowledgeable on Tanzanian matters is that the process of the Tender is not over JUST because we failed at this stage. It's possible that the Tender could be restored/resumed as quickly as it was ended, and hopefully more likely now with murmurs that there could be consequences if Tanesco are held to account. In the meantime we await our own clarification from Tanesco as requested by Edenville (and Kibo)...

I think it's fair to say that the Tender situation is completely out of the company's control.
It's a month since the RNS informing of the TANESCO decision and that Edenville RNS'ed:

"No reason has been provided by Tanesco for this decision and the Company is currently
engaged in discussions with Tanesco to seek clarification as to the reasons behind this
decision and to seek a way forward. Further announcements will be made as appropriate"

Also virtually the same wording from Kibo who are also seeking clarification.

After the last disaster, surely Edenville need to get a significant RNS out, as a placing/OO will be at a discount to the current SP which doesn't bare thinking about. At some stage to succeed in this century they need to insert some value. As we understand it they are (in the face of adversity) working to expand all aspects of the mining operation. I don't think their intentions will have changed, but may have been forced to change because (as it appears to me) is without great figures they are reducing their ability to raise funds. If you can't raise needed funds,....well

imho the awaited RNS not only needs to be good, it needs to be pretty spectacular!!
