I don’t know, but would guess that with over a decade and a Capital Investment of ten’s of millions of pounds of shareholders money invested in this Project, plus the Full Mining Licence and Active Mining Licences AND potentially far far in excess of the proven 173 million tonnes of coal, the Company should be worth considerably more than £5m.
If you considered a Company valuation on half of the (known) proven coal reserves alone, valued at a nominal figure, a more realistic price imho would be £30/£40m, BUT personally I think that would be a very bad move considering where we are (with current issues resolved) the longer term, the $455m Inter-connecter etc etc. ...
