Until we have the anticipated resolutions it’s difficult to know where the company will be financially. As previously discussed an open-offer (pre-emptive offer) might be one route, but without consolidation there will be little head room for a fund raise. To the best of my knowledge we have had two consolidations over the years, I think a 20/1 and a 50/1 (?)

I personally have no objection to raising funds as long as it’s done with the Investors in mind, but if it solves the Lind issue then we will have to take it on the chin, and considering where we are a resolution is paramount.

You hated Sally Schofield, you ‘Detest’ Rufus Short, and your feeling is the same about Alistair Muir until proven otherwise, I think were the words?,....BUT you’ll be shouting from the rooftops once the fundamentals are in place, the same fundamentals that you have been decrying forever. I have know doubt that if there is a resolution to Lind you will criticise it, when the transition to the new contractor is complete you will find a few negatives because that is what you do. I also have no doubt that if we get a resolution and the transition is successful you’ll be saying you were right all along!.. BUT nobody that frequents this bb needs me to tell them any of this, as they already know!
