We don’t know where negotiations are, but I am confident the Company are working towards a positive conclusion, especially with regard to the two paramount issues, as both are in everybody’s interest.

On the 27th November the Company said:
“The Company still expects to hand over the operations at Rukwa to its strategic partner Infrastructure and Logistics Tanzania Ltd ("ILTL") shortly, pursuant to the terms of the previously announced Coal Mining Agreement ("CMA") between the two parties”

Hopefully the bod will be aiming to update the market before the end of the year.

The Trades here are shown on, above and below the mid Level 2 Book price determined by the London SE algorithm. Sadly the L2 Book/Price generally has no relationship to live Trades. Because mms are able to buy and sell on, above and below the L2 Book price they have carte blanche to physically and visually enact and portray their own agenda. Visually as you’ve seen Trades and the impression given are rarely a true reflection of what a stock is actually doing, that is unless it’s in the mms interest to show a true Market. The mms have less control in a HF Market, but are still very much in charge.

Hopefully one day Trades will be required to be show as what they actually are, as opposed to the current deception.

I’m happy to miss my trade due to a rise, as in these most unique of times I’m hovering only because if they spring a placing I/we could potentially get a lot more shares for our money!

I’d prefer a rise to an add !!

I’m sure during due diligence potential customer look at the MCap and SP history and think, na I’ll give that one a miss!

Why is it that the once extremely proactive bod have no apparent interest in raising the value of the company considering they are the purported “leading location verification company” ... ? ...

Interesting how those that demand the most from others rigorously defend their own privacy and actions. Usually naysayers, as they have little else other than their attempts to discredit others and cause disruption in hope of lowering sentiment. And some, while (purportedly) secretly averaging down. I generally don’t understand why people choose to be so deceitful !?..

Begs the question, why would anybody spend recent times inciting arguments, causing disruption on this bb while secretly averaging down. I can tell you from experience that it’s never been necessary to de-ramp this share to get a lower price!

As alluded to earlier, unfortunately not everybody that frequents these boards shares the same sense of integrity !!

I would hope given the pending transition, that’s assuming everything is on track, that a Placing would easily be fully subscribed, possibly over subscribed. The company’s current position bears no resemblance to their referred to previous 2016 status.

If they raise the required funds to satisfy Lind via the large investor consolidation might not be necessary. Consolidation is usually the consequence of a situation that needs to be resolved. In the case of LSAI in 2019 consolidation sent the SP through the roof and they were voted the best share on AIM in March 2019. Sadly the bod believed their own publicity and had a massive raise at a horrendous discount decimating the SP and that is were they have sat ever since!..

I’m told not everybody involved in AIM is honest !
