Why do you always assume it’s “shorts” that are keeping the price down. It could and more likely be the “longs” selling!

That’s your view helipad. It could be true But there’s no facts to support it categorically from freeh. That is the reality, whether you accept it or not.

And yes Shetty has been part of the company forever, but he’s probably never had a margin call - they can be pretty alarming. Watch the movie!

Helipad - good points and in normal circumstances I would certainly think the same... but there is also the possibility that the company just hasn’t been made aware of any cash and debt issues discovered by Freeh, so technically they can still put that notice out...

Just don’t know who to believe. I hope for all shareholders sake everything is above board but my underlying message by posting “deramping” posts is just that you simply need to also account for a situation where NMC has lied to us and ends up being a fraud. So shareholders should accept that losing all their money is not a zero percent probability and invest accordingly.

I doubt they will even publicly report the full report on NMC! More likely a high level summary with the nitty gritty going only to the “independent” board members.

It could well be, or it could equally be that Pledged shares + repledged shares = understated debt + inflated margins ...

We’ll soon find out. You can’t completely discount this possibility yet.

Yeah, IF that cash is real... that’s the whole issue, we don’t know! But have good reason to doubt it given they couldn’t even report their shareholding’s correctly.
