Also if the KGI bid was real NMC would have had to disclose it in a RNS as they claim to have been in touched with the CEO and management... KGI despite stating they own 1m shares do not show up on any regulatory filing... it’s all a smoke screen.

I still think it will be delayed, as will the results, and when it is eventually released, if it's positive the market might not even believe it given Freeh's history of defending known crooks and the reality that any "paid-for research" is never going to be truly independent.
