I’ve only just got around to watching the presentation but one thing I did note is that when CH mentioned the salt wash he said that it was a ‘proven’ helium field and producer on more than one occasion. So the helium strategy looks like it could pay off. Still risk attached though and would call anything a dead cert until drilled.

If they are holding onto the helium asset then that means an agreement is in place to extend the overall process timings. 6 months time the company will be in a much better place so holding on and not letting it go cheap at present seems a very good strategy.

I was hoping based on CHs recent comms that Salt Wash was a lot closer as could have been a very big catalyst. I can understand the short term traders frustration but that doesn’t have a bearing on a large number of shareholders. The company will grow from here though.

As I said yesterday. I expect they are closed in running pressure build up tests as no recent flare. It’s part of the testing process.

Yes, I think we would hope for more liquid flow with the rework as gas can escape easier. As you say, fingers crossed.

Flare appears brighter and stronger than last pass (but could also be relative to ground conditions/ environment). Either way it is still going strong on last imagery.

Northern. It is only satellite imagery. Very clear that it’s there. It could just be clean up gas prior to the main test commencing. Or they could equally just have started the main testing. Zphr are usually fairly quick to put out a tweet or rns on news. GLA

They can still drill a lateral as per the original plan and achieve ultimate output anyway.

There was equipment there a couple of days ago. Was going to wait for confirmation on a second check today. But they have already confirmed it

It’s funny how what CH has said and what I have said are similar…. It’s almost as though he reads the board.

There is an important little line that CH comes out with. They can now size the infrastructure to produce the paradox. Taking this info to partners will help further negotiations. Once testing completed in a months time they will have an even fuller picture.

I to was expecting more on salt wash. But as there hasn’t been an rns yet not much he can reveal. It may also become an additional carrot for future partners so currently holding those cards close. I wouldn’t worry about the cut off date for the drill as that can always be extended. The earthworks alone for the drill pad may take several weeks anyway.

CH says that he will cover some of the shareholders questions on matters next week in a interview. First email I have sent him in a long time and was not expecting a response.

Firstly, all of my information is available in the public domain (If you look for it). I only deal with facts that are available in the public domain already. I do not have inside information and if I did acting on it or indeed posting it would be classed as illegal. I haven't actually communicated with CH (or team) for several years now. Not that they would provide me with anything that they didn't already have in public.

Also, any information I do provide. Please do your own reesearch and make your own mind up. None of what I post is advice. Make of it what you will. I did however put my money where my mouth was this morning and bought another chunk. At around 4p it would of been silly of me not to.

What I have found has lifted a huge blockage for the company that has been there for many months (unfortunately not the thick mud issue! That will be done in due course). How the company proceed next we will found out shortly I'd expect. Whether they inform us in a few weeks or in a few months will depend on several other factors. However based on other companies I have witnessed I'd hope to see minimum of doubling of the SP if not 5 times on a sucess case. Again not advice and the market will do whatever it does.

As for the placing speculation. I know nothing of it. With what they currently produce and what they can potentially produce things can be self funded. If they were to however decide on a placing to retain 100% control and speed things up I also do not see that as a problem. As ever it is complete speculation. Any company on the market could place at any time...

As for State 36. The figures they published are around what I was expecting. So for the company to notice that improvements can still be made is excellent news. I expect it must be a substantial increase as blockages will restrict flow due to drawdown pressure. I expect the company want to go into gas contract negotiations with the best commercial proposals possible to get the best deal.

And as I have said before they can always extend the lateral to increase flow and longevity of the well and project. And look forward to developments on the other wells as such.

A well that produced at 40bopd compared to 1350boepd…. Great comparison

The well was producing 1350boepd in its ‘poor’ state. Acidisation is not unusual to use. They did use it initially during clean up but not a big flush. At least it wasn’t producing 50boepd or a trickle to begin with like some wells I’ve seen. Then they go and try all sorts like sidetracks, sand jetting and Acidisation and then still have the same.

The acidisation is likely to clear the remaining fracture gaps. If it still doesn’t give them the output they want (remember it’s already 1350boepd) they can continue to drill a lateral deep into the cane creek and produce even more with fracking.
