Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
Wrong figures, but true has been in auction since
A long line of AT's in blocks of 5 and 6,000 shares. Have tried quite a few times to buy anything. No luck. The MM are keeping any shares to fill order/s. Would like to get back in here as was in months ago but GL all in the meantime. AdJ
Yes mate, there has been 150,00 shares bought in the last hour. I bought @ 10.5 earlier. Mr. R. I was hoping you might look in here whilst out on your walking holiday. No real reason for that -16% dip. Any thoughts? I presume there will be a trade announced after hours? Anyone else grab a bargain?
Make that the three wise monkeys!
Up well over 5% on one purchase for £1200. Don't care. Just keep going up!
Peter Gyllenhammar increases stake to 6% (Still, some one give me a nudge when this can come out of my back drawer please)
.. I think my old van is a 'potential' 10 bagger. If this share would get back to where I bought into it, then we can start a discussion!
Just for general info. i also got my full allocation as well as another 25K which I requested (but was not expecting as they said they were 40% over-subscribed). Seems to be a pattern forming. Anyone else?
MBO had posted these results late last year when they should have done, we would still be in the 5's!
Revenue increased by 36.8% to £31.8m (2010: £23.3m) Return to profit after 3 years of losses. Seems like they have got their spending sorted alot more. Also sounds that once they get the central bank's approval for an increase in their wages remittence outlets, with such a large migrant workforce using their mobile money transfer systems, their profit margins should really start to take off. All good (apart from the SP). Good time to invest at these prices.
· Revenue increased by 36.8% to £31.8m (2010: £23.3m) · Revenue driven by: o fast growing mobile phone pre-paid airtime reload business via banking channels o electronic data capture terminal base · Return to profits after 3 years of losses o Operating profits of £179,651 (2010: Loss £122,436) o Pre-tax profit of £28,802 (2010: Loss £206,079)
but with poor communication skills !
The beast is stirring !
In auction since ?
I think in the end it was that H&L was just a bit slower than others in giving me the details of the O.offer deal. I have now taken 14.5k of the offer and another 12k @ 3p, so like many here am sitting at about 5.4'ish. As they came up 0 cost, I also tried to sell them quick as I thought I could then claim I had no knowledge of said shares. They had thought of that one! Not a great time to be buying shares in a company that is bottoming but I guess better here @ 5.4p rather than 8p that I may never have got back. GL all.
What is the process to acquire the share entitlement? Re: Yesterday's RNS, PG seems to have taken his total up to over 60m, so obviously he see's a bright future. My only concern is that if Greek elections, Spain etc. spook the markets, this may dip further and I'm very aware that any cash I have could be better spent picking up more immediate bargains at present. Interested to know how long the entitlement offer is open for? Regards, AdJ
thanks for all of that, it cleared the air a bit. Mr. Think - no I was being serious, but naive. Q. If they are selling us shares @ 3p, surely those new shares sre effectively a placement and a further dilution? Where are they coming from? I wonder how long the 3p offer would stay open? Thanks & Regards, AdJ
Do we have to buy those shares at 3p??? I genuinely thought that they were giving existing shareholders a freebie for ballsing everything up so badly! My sell order did not get taken up at 6 and 6.5p so I guess I am here for the duration. The way I read the RNS was that the shares were some sort of apology, no?
Can someone explain this buy? Earlier you could buy 100,000 shares for £740 and 45 mins later someone paid £27.45k for 55,000 shares. Is this just a mistake? Mr. R. can you help here?
Any ideas? Funding fallen through? There are a total of 3 sells and 1 buy for the entire day, all with wildly erratic and different prices.
