just came up on ISDX. I waited over 15 mins to check it there but maybe it takes longer to show there?

The company has cash and is financially prudent and has recently taken on additional senior financial staff to deal with expansion (specifically stated). The company has cash for expansion from recent placing. There is a small share pool and with seller gone or v nearly done the SP can rise v quickly on contract announcements. The management appear to be very capable of turning a buck by the looks of the orders they have procured in the last 12 months (a large number of large contracts). The labskin product is in a very niche market that has just had its first sales in the US and is now in high demand due to the EU banning of trials on humans in regard to skin research.

I was referring to the ISDX market (VENN last traded there 02/04/2015 but only 26,121 shares. So, instead of just giving me a link you feel the need to write a post where you try and stand alongside KaChing (a respected poster) and quaff about how you are the only one that really knows what is going on. This is not the first day that VENN has been down on no trades. Couple of questions to long term holders: a) is this sharetraded on other markets on a regular basis? b) has anyone done any calcs. and phonecalls to establish the percentage of free float? Not invested here but am interested as it seems to be doing all the right things

They took it down on 17k of sells and the 50k + couldn't not shift it back up. Roll up, roll up, spot the lady.

"There isn't enough shares to go around already. That's why they where asked for the placing". That statement makes no sense. Placings are a dilution of the worth of the company. Only used when a company has run out of working capital or insufficient funds to implement their business plan. Who do you suggest was asking for an increase in the number of shares?

A "pre-year end statement" is surely just that and by definition not an official statement of the annual accounts and progress on targets etc. and not a legally binding document?? However, the bit "The coming weeks will see a business update providing our shareholders with some perspective on the start of 2015" sounds positive. Sounds like a further contract about to pop. Still sitting on my hands here but still interested.

I have a small number of these. Would anyone regular here like to comment on a purchase of 16.2m of these today. The price was appropriately well above the bid. Would this be a transfer between investors?

I would hope such a company as Venn would be able to cover the work load of a conference so that it does not impinge on the most important annual financial statement that signals the well-being of a company. I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation but your 06:03 is not it.)
