Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Does any serious poster have an answer to the scenario that if the BOD knew that they would have to wait for Trumps public view on the JPCOA and that there was a US process and timetable for that announcement (or at the very least, Trumps Pro Israeli stance, then could the deal have ever been lenient. Also if the deal was signed why would we still be buying US linked equipment. Would that not have already been in place?
We as a company would be non grata for any US work because that bridge thingy was just within our grasp. The get out clause for the US has to be contracts prior to Trump exit signature stand and companies are not sanctioned (but no more US work under this President)
Any 'SKIN' murmurings anywhere? We sit and wait. Really really quietly
Thanks for that. If VENN havw managed to sell off SKIN then the V SP will really take off. It has been the millstone around the neck of VENN for what, 2 years now.
For better or for worse I have bought into VENN this morning. I did have my eye on 4.4 p but there seems to be a lot of activity this morning including a 200000 cell just now to try and keep a lid on it let's see what it is by the end of the day
.... you can tell I really want to be here!
Not even an acquisition gets a comment here anymore. I had not noticed b4 that the PE ratio here is a very healthy near 15. For such a good company at getting new and repeat business it just does not earn enough from the work it does. It has very obviously declined the challenge of that 12.5 area. Anyone have any ideas chart -wise. I have a vague idea but do not hold shares here at present. Does anyone disagree with my concern that there is a big turnover but little profits. (The RNS seems to suggest that we are buying out the remaining shares of VENN France, even though the French part of VENN is losing money, through the dilution of the core business to buy out some French dude. Are they forcing him out or is he storming off. The RNS is not clear. What is the point of the buyout? Someone researched here fill us in)
I think right here is the point at which it has to decide.
Why would you not lower the buy price here? Seems games maybe afoot (don't hv L2) ? Anyone any ideas. Also anyone responding when they say there is no further consideration on the purchase of this new company, which RNS describes the deal?
This is where I had intended to start buying. A) I hv no money. B) No one is rushing to buy. The RSI is still well above 30 so not oversold. I think if people start to buy others will take it up and that 12.5 will be the low but if it does not recover sufficiently today then it would seem it will slip further down until the RSI is below well below 30 pity I think this is a nice little company always have done
Do you hv any evidence that is the case or it it your informed opinion? Please share with us here. Your comments here seem to cover the period after BM's dismissal. Hv you held this share. At what price would you fancy a punt. Shirley, a rise after a new boss announced?
.... now take it down 3% and counting. Still no action? Any chart ideas out there?
How now? long time. Hope your CGH ? did well for you. I was not convinced by yesterday. Thought it looked a bit contrived to stimulate some buys. It worked to an extent but will be interested to see whether it can get out of its slump.
Is it the opinion of knowledgeable investors here that the stagnation in the VENN share price is due to it's association with SKIN. It would seem logical if that is the case that they need to just sell their portion of the SKIN shares to a third party, tell the market that they're not going to give them away to shareholders but find a buyer at any price for the shares and have done with it. The number of new contract RNS's are less than 1-2 years ago (from memory) but my understanding is that VENN is still a very desirable entity. They sold off SKIN for a reason but what they hv done is sold it but let it park on their lawn. Any other views?
Thanks for your detailed response. I disagree with nothing. I hv lost money here as well. Being involved with a Bracknor / Darwin type company without income is such a drain on an SP. Now any buyer of their kit has them over a barrel. I am sure Avo cannot get to production and associated milestone commitments with Thales, kit out HS buildings, R&D, big wedge for the board on a monthly basis (notice no one taking shares at these prices in lieu of partial wages) by 2018+. Simply not doable. The underlying thing they currently have is IP. 12 months may see them left with just that. I want to believe that picking these up cheap would be a good bottom drawer share but there are too many ifs and caveats at present. I got the bounce absolutely on the nose with a SB but back in the black quickly but then it just sat there for about 3-4 hours. I jumped off again in case there was no bounce at all then it went up that afternoon about another 22%! Once it comes down here there is nothing there to push it back above previous daily or a weekly high. It should hv been a solid investment. FCA once more found wanting in AIM governance.
Morning. I remember that there was a Japanese? significant holder who bought right b4 the Sinoph? exit. I hv heard nothing of any lawsuit by that new investor so I must assume they are happy (!) with AVO explanation. I also concede that saying first patient in 2017 knowing pp and building would take 30months ish is on the cusp of misleading. I would be interested to see your lists of lies. I am not trying to trip you up. I would like to know what everyone else knows to be honest. Thanks in advance
Wins! Wells done. I didn't have the courage.
