RT, obviously I hope you're right, but the fact is it's been omitted on two occasions when it would have been easy to include a reference. Therefore, I don't see this as human error and there must be a reason for it. Perhaps the government asked for no further mention until it's signed or, a less bullish interpretation, it's being held up by the levy dispute. BDO have qualified the accounts and have re-iterated their opinion, which states that there's material uncertainty about the Group's ability to continue as a Going Concern. However, from what I can see this relates to their ability to realise sufficient cash from the sale of assets to meet any liabilities. As of y/e they had A$2m in the bank and circa A$7m in Restricted Cash, which relates to their ongoing legal battle and debt service of the Samuel loan.

The shares have been suspended today under Rule 17.5 of the ASX Listing requirements, which relates to the failure to provide certain statutory documents.

an aid convoy containing noboa and various foreign diplomats got caught up in a fuel protest in cotocachi yesterday. it was pelted with rocks, fireworks and the odd molotov ****tail.

the fuel issue is obviously causing a lot of concern and it will be interesting to see if noboa has determination to stick by his guns.

Damers, I sincerely hope not. It's simply a question of why the matter was highlighted by DV two weeks ago and then wasn't mentioned last week. Fort suggested it may be because there wasn't time to adjust the accounts, but I doubt that's the case.
