You asked for proof, i’ve given it...what point are you making now?

Spike theres plenty of other instances i can point to but dont want to waste my time. ITX is there for anyone to check. Spike ITX is a recent one, page 14 on lse forums when you bought in around 6.5p - begin to ramp. You then talk of ‘lunch time shakes’ lol and taking another 45k worth at 7p...naturally profit takers/day traders were leaving about now as they always do after pumping to the moon, which caused the sp to drift south. Following days with sp around 5p you start talking the share down (having sold out one must assume, at a loss as usual) and repeat. Anything on the leaderboards can fall victim to your non stop waffle hence why i thought id let lth know so they dont waste their time with you.

I am very familiar with poster Spike, his normal trait is to buy high, sell low then deramp to buy in cheaper and try to recover initial outlay. Read few other boards over past few months where hes done exact same, been spiked (ironic really) pumping and soon after changes his tone and starts deramping. Take no notice of him. I mean if you want to sell then go ahead and sell. Some sellers might have been those that bought in at 0.4-0.8 range and sold at a profit, good on them if they did. Im not familiar with EUA but here at MTL we have a gold reserve of 1.4bn and are currently producing and selling gold (not as much as we’d like admittingly, but previous rns releases confirm biox will be getting ramped up to increase production) I would reccomend those with doubts to dyor and read through company website, rns releases and even this forum (through dec/jan where knowledgable lth provided plenty of evidence with posts) - every share has element of risk vs reward, at these prices its a absolute no brainer for me (it might not be for you) That said, i think like Lee il take a back seat and stay off the forum for a while as it does take up too much time - will give myself an allowance of 5 posts a week maybe haha! R1 i never mentioned a single person having an effect on the sp. What i did say was the mentality of selling through fear is what the mm’s prey on and that does have an effect on the sp. Share price right now is irrelevant to me, i was only trying to offer advice to you. Nothing has changed from a few days ago when we were sat on bid at 1.60 given we knew an extension to the 31/3/19 had been requested, yet we now find ourselves on 1.00! On a seperate note - What i will say is sp is currently moving on buys/sells (small ones at that) yesterday there was around 3.5m sold and share price took a 15% dive - there are plenty who read the forum (even if they dont post) including me (duh!) and i alone hold nearly 3.5m so of course if a holder like me was influenced to sell it would affect the share price given its current volatility, not that i ever would. Some people mainly those new to the game are influenced by what they read, even when not on official chanels like rns releases, company website etc.

R1 its exactly that mentality the mm’s seek to prey on, and those confident in the company such as me get to buy more at ridiculously cheap prices. Firstly when we were at 0.50 there was imminent threat of default, no ceo and no updates to paint a picture of whats going on in the background. Since then we’ve appointed a vastly experienced ceo who has the backing of major shareholders, changes at boardroon level (with more to come), changes at operational level (with a new plant manager among others), a corporate update, ceo has stated he believes he can turn things around quickly, biox running in a stable manner (hopefully with production ramped up v soon if not done so already), among plenty of other positives. If the price does happen to drop because some sellers continue to give their shares away for nothing then those fortunate enough with spare pennies that take advantage and top up.

As long as theres sellers mm’s will keep dropping and searching for them, excellent opportunity to top up the 2x 100k trades are my buys showing as sells 1.065 below mid range at the time.

Edward everyone has different strategies, some buy in early and sell before any news has landed, the hype of news often results in share price surging higher than the news itself. You have some that sell on news, and some that stay in for the long haul dependant on content of rns. Its no good asking on a forum what people would do as each to their own agendas, pick your strategy and stick to it.

Production update in depth of the quartely one definitely not, i would hope we got one to confirm biox production has been ramped up and is stable (would be awesome if we got this too), wouldnt bet much on it though considering posting history of the company..... But.... We have a new ceo, lets hope his PR is better than the last. Well played those getting in at bargains this morning, as brst article stated, there will be volatility until debt is restructed (highs and lows) so lth dont take much notice of daily swings and enjoy the stupidity that is aim.

Can go either way for me, just depends on volume traded - buys/sells until the next bit of news released. Daily fluctuations dont matter to those who’ve researched and happy to hold (me and plenty of others). Gla

Pharma my assumption is the same as yours, we have new management, stable biox which needs ramping up..management as per brst (7% shareholders) update are confident in turning things around fairly quickly but would be pointless agreeing ‘x’ amount of montly repayments when they’re yet to establish what capacity they can produce at consistently. Some sells today, presumably some of last weeks buyers (correctly if history served us well) expecting an increase off the back of confirmation of extension considering the rise off the back of short term loan extension. This is and always will be a medium to long term play for maximum gains as the jigsaw seems to be coming along nicely. Some short term news to look forward to with board appointments due over the next few weeks. Gla

Endless ramping? Exactly how many times have i posted the past week excluding today? How many of them posts would you constitute as ramping? Unlike you i buy into shares which i believe offer excellent value for money (be it short, medium or long), hence my optimism. I have an average of just over 0.65 given my last top up was over a week ago now. I picked up most of my holding in the 0.40-0.50 range and im sat on a very healthy profit. I dont intend on selling a bean for a few months at least and that would only be a small slice. So admittedly your looking to trade a share, your posting history proves all your posts are negative looking for cheaper entries, yet you choose a share with a spread of over 10% and im the one who needs advice haha give it a rest.

You entertain me Leo, happy to give the guys here some entertainment shooting you down haha. What better way than to reiterate all the positive developments here than to shoot down a deramper who admittedly bought in and sold out. Maybe start again with a new account, fresh start. Leo maybe i was guilty of getting carried away, to be honest i did not expect the sp to rise 50% the morning of rns confirming shareholders have agreed to an extension for petty loans. Unlike you however quoted the following that same morning on the 1st Feb ‘Don't mind admitting I got out at 1.58 today having got in just before the turmoil of the chairman's resignation last week. Nothing like going 30% down in five minutes to make you glad of a profit, however modest.’ Why would you buy in late Jan if a November rns was so off putting? If your stategy was to get in once refinancing had been agreed? You bought in because like the rest of us, knew once financing is agreed this is the easiest multi bag on aim, and now that you’ve sold out you begin to deramp hoping for a cheaper entry because you know where this is heading in the coming weeks. You wouldnt have to resort to these desperate measures if you bought in at the 0.65p range after your first post (which has now been removed from your posting history) oh well hopefully you have better luck next time you buy in.

Leo so we’ve moved from realigning debt to the next 8 weeks now lol. Ok so for starters biox was running in a stable manner through the last quarter, this is being ramped up to bring it eventually to nameplate production. Dependant on how high they they can get to run in a stable manner over a period of ‘8 weeks’ will give a better idea to cash flows, which in turn will give the company a better idea of how fast and efficiently they can pay lenders. Whos to say delaying refinancing isnt a ploy to allow an interested party a chance to complete a takeover? Then you will really regret being sat on the sidelines young leo.

You can go through my posting history and check the same! People can check yours and see the same too Leo, your first post here was a very not so subtle deramp, since then the share price has increased over 100%. If you missed out on the rise then thats your fault buddy. Plenty more rises to come here. I’ve always said, patience here will be rewarded.

Nope never said 3p on an extension. 3p on refinancing yes being agreed yes.

Also to answer the irrelevant deramp. ‘Wider funding options’ realigning would mean for it to come in line with gold cash flows. How did they intend to do it? Well to start with, increase production which would improve cash flows! Also the rns you point to was Nov, some important things have happened since then (new ceo, cfo leaving in feb etc etc etc)
