Minuscule selling LB, doesnt affect anything here but allow the mm’s to try and collect shares. Share price acted the same way around 0.5 when buys outweighed sells most days yet share price ended up small % down most days, that was followed by 100% rise.

Aaog i remember watching an interview from ceo a few weeks ago when he was giggling like a school boy, managed to ramp price up to 17p followed by a dump after average results and fund raise crashing the sp back to around 10p. Too much volatility and shorters for my liking. Lets keep on topic though as this is MTL board

I agree goshawk - i’ve always been of the opinion that production was at maximum capacity (as were always told by rns when problems arise and we were forecasted nameplate production in Nov for Dec and beyond) - the reason we’ve not been told about them just yet imo is a couple of reasons, firstly the ceo/major shareholders/banks want to keep the share price down so they can make the necessary changes at boardroom level and cut costs etc and point to the market cap/share price (not forgetting the money different board members have in these shares and at what prices), personally i also feel the ceo wants to take credit for recovery of market cap here as it would look brilliant on his cv. Say we’d been told last week production was at 100%, i mean all the banks want is their money repaid and if we ran at 100% through dec/jan and no issues arose then banks would be confident bad fortune/bad decision making is a thing of the past and the market would pick up on the same fact and re rate the price - dont forget the banks know deep down they will never get their hands on the assets here as major shareholders would never allow it, not with whats in the ground. With either refinancing or production if confirmed at nameplate then share price here would be north of 3p and possibly 5p on news on both fronts with a much brighter outlook for the future. Once they’ve ran at full production without issues for around 6 months then a share price of 10p is realistic with the further exploration opportunities here. Thats just my opinion as a businessman myself, if anyone doesnt agree your more than welcome to share.

Very well may be the case Mick, timing of then suggests they were sell but find it hard to believe at close mm’s sold 2m shares above bid. Albeit they were offering 1.3p on bid into close for lesser amounts. Either mm’s really want the shares or they’ve manipulated the time of trade and it was infact a buy, your right in saying it was hard to buy. NT for half the day when bid was up at 1.40 suggest there was a big buy being filled in the background. Oh well, all will be revealed soon enough. Gla

I assumed you were talking about the refinancing rns. Quartley update i too would have expected to see by now, seems like they will release both around the same time.

Tuesday AM rumour is probably some impatient twitter user. MTL have never leaked rns info in the past, doubt they would start now. That said an rns might land tomorrow or anytime this week as deadline is 31st. My expectation is Friday or Monday though. Agree these are bargain prices. GLA

I wouldnt call what were seeing a heavy rise, considering where this has been the last 2 years. Very few were willing to take a chance on this in the 0.5 range and most that did sold after a few days of getting bored. LTH sat on average much higher than current price. On a seperate note, SP looking strong today. Bid ticking up on very small volume. Gla

By sounds of things they’ve been selling long before management changes, shifting 104m shares over the course of last 2 years. The way i look at it they’ve been getting rid slowly, regardless of price, if they knew where things were heading etc they would have sold out at 8.5p (not saying they didnt sell any here) or 6 months ago where they would have got 3p plus.

An asset that has cost 250 million to this point** Obviously the assets worth much more with 1.4billion worth of asset confirmed and potential for further exploration.

Exactly Pharma, makes no sense defaulting which results in banks taking control of assets ‘major holders of equity are unlikely to punch themselves in the face’ - they could clear the debt between themselves and set up a payment plan with the company (similar to what Candys were doing to keep the compant afloat and allow them to make interest payments on senior debt facility but on a larger scale - better that, than to have banks collect a potential 250million asset). Just absolutely no way they default on the debt to senior lenders, no chance at all imo.

Ah ok - would you say the recent resignations (pending or immediate) were for the good of the company Pharmajohn? Looking at it right now from the outside. Im of the mentality, if somethings not broke dont fix it. Something was broken here, hence it needed fixing.

Simovici has dealings as a director in April 2018 for £8,382 (220k shares at 4p) & £26,827 (715k shares at 4p) - hes now a nominee for Candys, but if hes down as having director dealings, did he used to be on the board and resign? Also are Runruno not the ones that stopped a takeover attempt at 13p few years ago, so them having someone appointed to the board (albeit it temporarily) is good for us smaller shareholders?

Ofc Lee, i could rattle off a list of reasons why im invested here and i stand by them. See so much potential and once we get refinancing out the way and if thats remotely positive then sky is the limit here. A director invested £250k to buy 5m shares in 2017 - i’ve got almost the same at a 10/15th of the cost (thankfully). Thats serious dough he invested at 5p assuming he was adding value to his investment, hes yet to sell and i dont think he will until this is atleast 15p which it could very well be in the next 18months.

That is anything but reassuring LB haha Merson, Owen, Shearer all pundits that dont know what they’re talking about.
