I reckon they sell into an inevitable rise towards the end of the month. When we move their sells wont matter. Sp looks ready to bounce now and heavily over the next week or 2.

In Feb they went quite until the last week and shifted a bunch, i expect the same in March. They had 100mill left around 6 weeks ago, i reckon they still have 10-15mill left which’l be gone soon. Either way at this point your either in or out and within the next week or so we’l have an update and anything remotely positive will swallow Ruffer shares up within a few minutes of trading.

Its crazy some throwing their shares away for nothing at these prices. Anytime now were gonna get word on negotiations and trusting in DB it will be positive, anything remotely positive will push this up to couple of pennies atleast. Gla

JGallagh asked a good question on Friday, i’ve been searching for an answer and come back with contradictory views. Would we recieve an rns when Ruffer are fully out? Given they confirmed in Jan they held less than 5% Personally Ruffer selling into every rise and everytime we gain some positive momentum is the reason we are where we are, given current risk v reward we should be closer to 2p even without a restructuring agreement.

XTR good on you sir, im unwavering in my belief our patience will be rewarded. Just think 5 million shares cost a director 250k in Jan 2017 - just shy of 1 million cost another 35k in April 2018. Both of which were bought with the company carrying almost the same debt as they do today, with the company imo in a much better position now than they were then namely with new competent and experienced team on board. Just think whats at stake for directors and shareholders if this goes under - then think what benefit it has to the bank if an agreement cant be reached. When considering the 2 can anyone see any other resolution than a new agreement? We already know discussions are ongoing for a new agreement, wouldnt suprise me if we get an rns this week confirming one has been reached.

Lee not forget to mention we have a number of institutions that own another 34% and less than 2% is available to general public (+ ruffer shares) One way of looking at it is this: the institutions such as brst who own considerable shares know much more than we do and they’ve not and do not have any plans to sell any shares. They released a statement after meeting with DB when price was 1.5p stating hes confident of turning things around, and doing so very quickly. Having met DB and discussed future plans you can be sure debt restructuring alongside production was discussed and clearly they were happy with what was proposed otherwise they’d have upped and left by now. Price is not going to remain at current levels for long, some are waiting on the sidelines (nothing wrong with this) for confirmation of a better restructuring agreement before entering the fray and others are waiting for production figures or maybe on ruffer to bugger off before entering. Of course any of the above will see them paying more but considering where we may be in 6-12 months time theres still plenty of opportunities to make plenty of dosh so long as they’re buying in under 2-3p. Those in at current levels with a reasonable holding (1mill plus shares) really have a life changing opportunity given current price but were the ones bearing the risk - when i say we’re the ones bearing the risk, were not the only ones...you have the major shareholders (65%) and the institutions (34% minus ruffer) but most seem to forget this and think major s/h and institutions can afford to lose millions of pounds yet pi’s cant afford to lose a few thousand pounds...its crazy. Monday cant come quick enough for me as il be adding to my holding. Gla

Considering the 90% rise yesterday if we can hold current levels would be an excellent day to stabalise the share price before a move north next week in anticipation of better agreement terms.

Mms soaking up the sells today, large spread to put off buyers / we’ve seen it all before - few buys and they’l push the ask up. I’l be adding on Monday when funds allow me too. Nothing has changed, a sniff of good news and this rockets - were at the bargaining table rn and the banks have no option but to remove equity raise element of the agreement and offer less ridiculous terms. Once an agreement’s been reached or confirmation of ruffer selling out thats when we’l move until then the mms will make 20% on shares they’re buying on the cheap and selling back the same day. Dont follow the price, stick to the reason you bought in here and come the next week or so things will be looking much different. At these levels hold or add. Gla

Roy i was referring to todays trades as shown under trades tab not me - you can see who’s traded daily by number of shares bought and sold as units/shares are the same just buy/sell price differs.

Quite a few of them today actually, some fared better than others. Good luck to everyone regardless of how you invest. Personally i’d like to see the shares in sticky hands so folk holding for a while reap the rewards, it is trading after all and day traders got to make a living. Good day today considering yesterdays debacle, price should be closer to 1.5p given the news but oh well we know mm’s dont want to pay more than they have to for Ruffers shares hence playing the game they played over course of last 24h. At latest Ruffer will be gone before month end (im hoping they’re done for this week) as they usually sell heavy the last week of the month across their multiple holdings (something tells me the mm’s also know this - as soon as they lifted bid today to 0.70 ruffer put a sell order in for 3.65m shares and were offered only 0.62p hence the bid not moving past there for the rest of the afternoon) Tomorrows another day and i expect another decent blue day. Gotta love some of the traders, bought @ 09.41 703,334 shares for 0.60p Sold @ 16.12 for 61.68 Well profit is profit after all. Lets hope he doesnt regret that very soon. Gla

I think your right xtr Also another point i forget to mention earlier, initial deadline was December. Whilst some doubted our existence, over at mtl they were cracking on with appointing DB as our ceo. The board know how far they can push the banks and obviously dont have any intention to give them ownership of the mine, leaving only one option, a better deal.

Now that was defo a Ruffer sell XTR!! Happy days, clear the last few of those followed by tr1 and positive solution for debt restructuring and off we go!! FYI to those leaderboard buyers who dont know much about the company (and i know theres a few of you) when i say 1.5p is around the corner, i mean on confirmation of negotiations or a tr1 confirming ruffer are out and 1.5p would be absolute minimum!
