Mr Hill will have to get his skates on to deliver before yet another long stop deadline expires.

For me, Q1 must prioritise both production runs and get a grip on finance; without any JV, it will have to come to shareholders again and again.

This uncertainty, I feel, is unsettling shareholders in the short term.

Assuming no revenue/investment Q1 is looking expensive.

EPO delays are caused by Zimbabwe’s overhaul of the entire EPO system — stricter vetting, suspension of new applications, reclaiming inactive ground, and treating lithium as a strategic mineral. The process is slow, political, and heavily scrutinised.

Glencore’s involvement changes the entire equation. Their political weight, credibility, and strategic value to Zimbabwe dramatically increase the likelihood of EPO conversion. With Glencore backing, Zulu evolves from a single‑pit mine into a district‑scale lithium asset, unlocking long‑term scale, funding, and national strategic importance.
