As I understand it, Zulu has 13 EPO claims awaiting licence issuance.

The "Investor" would influence getting the licences issued,

This would be available once Zulu can show it is viable

Canmax doesn't need Zulu, never has.

Zulus' production will be tiny compared to the "A" listers.

The insignificance of Zulu will be highlighted in 2027 when the concentrate has to be refined before export; the company, being so small, will have difficulty getting bookings. There is currently only one refinery in Zimbabwe.

Give the company 13 EPO licences and the financial backing of the "INVESTOR", then look at a different picture.

I would imagine Canmax regrets the prepayment.

I have to take issue with your claim that the share price is down 90% purely because GH joined PREM. A significant part of that decline came from the relentless smear campaign you and your group pushed throughout Q4 — daily posts about insolvency, bankruptcy, bailiffs stripping Zulu, auctions of assets, and even encouraging legal action against the company and its former CEO. If you’re looking for sources of uncertainty, that campaign did more than enough damage on its own. You weren’t warning investors; you were driving them over the cliff with a JCB.
