Have you read my post? Unless notice is given today, it is very unlikely that the company will have an EGM in February.

In your post, you are suggesting that the company will have to ISSUE 30/50 billion just to settle February debts. Is that correct?

Minimum notice for a plc EGM = 14 clear days

For an EGM on:

📅 Friday 27 February 2026

You must:

• Exclude the day the notice is issued

• Exclude the day of the meeting

• Count 14 clear days in between

• Weekends do count

• Notices can be issued on weekends, but that doesn’t help here because we’re already at the limit

Working backwards:

• Exclude 27 Feb

• Exclude 12 Feb (if issued today)

• Count 14 clear days → 13 Feb to 26 Feb inclusive

That gives exactly 14 clear days.

👉 Therefore, 12 February is the last possible day to issue the notice.

If PREM waits until tomorrow (13 Feb), they cannot legally hold the meeting on the 27th.

The flotation upgrade is now contracted, guaranteed, funded, and on a defined timeline.

Civil works are done, equipment arrives in days, and commissioning is set for Q2.

For the first time in a long time, Zulu’s processing upgrade has:

• a contractor with skin in the game

• performance‑linked payments

• a clear delivery window

• and all groundwork already completed

This RNS is a major step toward stabilising production and delivering the consistent concentrate output the market has been waiting for.
